DE 29618097 Ul describes a piece of sports equipment for training punching power and speed, which has a striking surface made of a thin, slightly padded plastic disc. The plastic disc is connected to a plate. An air cushion is enclosed between the plate and the plastic disc, which elastically absorbs the blows to the training equipment.

An inflatable figure as a training aid system for sports is described in DE 29721561 Ul. This figure is made of rubber or plastic and has additional accessories and aids. The figure is variable in height and size.

DE 19916996 describes a training device which is arranged around the athlete and is used to train kicks and punches. Appropriate kick pads or mitts serve as target areas. These target areas are equipped with pressure or vibration sensors. The sensors are equipped with a measuring device for recording the time difference between two impacts. A device is used to evaluate the time difference between the punches and kicks, coupled with a signal device to display the measured time difference and a comparison to specified values.

The aim of the invention is to create a training dummy in human form that enables training in accurately hitting specific areas of the human body with punches or kicks and also allows the number of hits and/or strength to be evaluated. At the same time, the training dummy should be able to make a random back and forth and rotating movement in a certain area in order to make it more difficult to hit.

The training dummy provides a training device, especially for all martial arts, with which the accuracy of certain parts of the human body can be trained.

Signal devices that can work optically or acoustically provide an immediate indication of a hit. This means that the trainee can see or hear the result of the exercise immediately. According to claim 3, the training dummy can perform a back and forth movement coupled with a rotational movement using electromagnetic drives, thus raising the level of difficulty of the training dummy exercise.

An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in more detail with reference to the drawing.

From the drawing it can be seen that the training dummy 1 has several selected surfaces 2 as target areas. Air cushions are arranged under the surface of these surfaces 2.

These air cushions can be divided again in the chest area, for example, in order to be able to make a finer division of the hit areas. The individual air cushions are coupled with pressure sensors. The pressure sensors are in turn connected to a measuring and recording device. It is also advantageous if each pressure sensor is connected to a signaling device, either optical or acoustic. This makes it possible to immediately display a hit and thus evaluate the training, or the success of the exercise can be assessed by the athlete themselves. The force of the blow can be indicated, for example, by a higher tone or by a brighter light from the signaling device.

The training dummy 1 stands on a plate. The standing surfaces of the training dummy 1 have magnets and rollers. A large number of electromagnets are arranged in the plate. These are activated by a random generator. This allows the training dummy 1 to perform back and forth movements and rotational movements. These movements are unpredictable for the athlete. The movement of the training dummy 1 increases the difficulty of the exercise, i.e. the possible hit is more difficult to place in the desired target area. The individually selected areas 2 can receive a different rating (score). Furthermore, the different striking forces achieved can be recorded via the pressure sensor and assigned a different score. The points achieved are collected and evaluated via the measuring and recording unit. For better stability, the training dummy 1 can be guided by the head and also held.

Claims (3)

1. Training dummy for martial arts consisting of a metal frame, padding material arranged around it and overall adapted to the human body shape, characterized in that the training dummy ( 1 ) has air cushions on selected areas ( 2 ) under the surface, each of which is connected to a pressure sensor and the individual pressure sensors in turn are connected to a measuring and detection device. 2. Training dummy according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressure sensors or the measuring and detection device are connected to one or more signal transmitters. 3. Training dummy according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the training dummy ( 1 ) stands on a plate and has magnets and rollers on its standing surfaces and that the plate is divided into different electromagnet areas which can be activated by a random generator.
