Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Sicherung eines Abgleit- oder Abrollcontainers nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a device for securing a sliding or roll-off container according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei den Gründen für eine unbefugte Aufnahme von abgestellten Containern kann es sich zu einen um ein Versehen handeln, zum anderen aber auch um ein vorsätzliches unbefugtes Aufnehmen. Häufig geschieht dies mit dem Zweck, sich einen Container anzueignen, der in einem besseren Zustand ist als derjenige, der eigentlich von dem Transportfahrzeug aufgenommen werden sollte. Aufgrund des sehr ähnlichen Aussehens der Container, die häufig auch eine gleiche Lackierung aufweisen, können solche Vorgänge in der Regel nicht als vorsätzlicher Diebstahl angesehen werden. Auch starke Deformationen der Aufnahmebügel schränken den Gebrauch der Container aufgrund einer großen Formtoleranz bezüglich des eingreifenden Transporthakens nicht ein. wobei an zumindest einer der Riegelhälften zumindest ein Sicherungsbolzen (1b, 1c) vorgesehen ist, und
