The desire to ventilate through open windows or doors is often counteracted by the disadvantage that, in addition to the fresh air, annoying flies and insects also get in.

There are fly screens that are attached using conventional fastening materials such as thumbtacks or adhesive tape.

It is also known that fly screens can be installed in a separate frame, with or without a roller blind. This method has the disadvantage that a separate static construction is necessary and, due to the variety of sizes of doors and windows (width and height are variable), series production is only possible at great expense.

A solution had to be found that did not have the aforementioned disadvantages. Solution:

Description:

The roller shutter (1) is usually guided in side rails (2), whereby the lowest slat (6) is designed to be more stable due to wear and damage.

The essence of the innovation is the operation, guidance and partial fastening of the Fly protection using roller shutters.

As shown in Fig. (2), the fly screen roller blind (3) in the preferred embodiment is attached to the fixed elements of the window (8), rail (2), window sill (5) or window niche (9) and the movable part of the fly screen (4) is connected by the profile (7), in the active state, to the slat (6) of the roller shutter.

The reverse is also conceivable :

Roller blind (3) is locked to the movable part of the roller shutter (1) and profile (7) to the fixed window elements.

In order to keep the description clear, only the version shown will be described further.

The fly screen (4) has a profile (7) at the end that is designed so that it can be detachably connected to the slat (6) using a pin, screw, magnet, etc. The profile (10) is a stop and cover to protect against dirt. The window frame (8) has been included in the sketch for illustration purposes.

By winding up the fly screen in a roller blind, a wide range of window heights can be covered with one dimension, which significantly reduces the variety of variants. - 2 -

Function:

When the roller shutter (1) is opened, the fly screen (4,7) is guided along in the rail (2) if the user has connected the slat (6) to the profile (7) using the available means. If the connection is released before opening the roller shutter, only the roller shutter is operated. The user can also release the pulled-up fly screen from the roller shutter slat (6).

Movable fly screen for mounting on doors or windows with roller shutters on buildings, characterized in that the roller blind ( 3 ) is attached to the movable parts of the roller shutter ( 1 , 6 ). 3. Claim according to 1 or 2, characterized in that the roller shutter rails ( 2 ) are used to guide the fly screen ( 4 , 7 ). 4. Claim according to 1 to 3, characterized in that detachable fastening means are provided which enable the user to connect or detach the slat ( 6 ) to the profile ( 7 ) without tools.
