Dekomaterial
Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf ein Dekomaterial. Aufgabe der Neuerung ist es, ein neuartiges Dekomaterial aufzuzeigen, welches vielseitig verwendbar ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist ein Dekomaterial entsprechend dem Schutzanspruch 1 ausgebildet.
Das neuerungsgemäße Dekomaterial besteht beispielsweise aus Partikeln aus geschreddetem Holz. Diese Partikel sind mit Pigmenten und Kunststoffen oder Harzen gefärbt und dadurch auch UV-beständig und zum Einsatz im Dekorbereich geeignet.
Entsprechend einer weiteren möglichen Ausführung der Neuerung besteht das Dekomaterial aus Partikeln aus Blähton, d.h. aus gebrannten, einen hohen Anteil an Poren aufweisenden Ton. Diese Partikel sind ebenfalls unter Verwendung von Pigmenten und eines Kunststoffharzes eingefärbt.
Zum Einfärben wird bevorzugt ein schnell aushärtender Kunststoff verwendet, so daß das Einfärben durch einfaches Mischen der Partikel mit dem Kunststoff und den Farbpigmenten in einem umlaufenden Mischer erfolgen kann.
Grundsätzlich besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die aus geschreddetem Holz und Blähton bestehenden Partikeln gemischt zu verwenden.

Claims (3)

1. Dekomaterial, gekennzeichnet durch Partikel aus Blähton und/oder geschreddetes Holz, wobei die Partikel unter Verwendung von Farbstoffen oder Pigmenten und eines diese Pigmente einbindenden Kunststoffs gefärbt sind.
2. Dekomaterial nach Anspruch 1, daß der die Pigmente einbindende Kunststoff ein schnell abbindender Kunststoff ist.
3. Dekomaterial nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunststoff ein Zweikomponenten-Kunststoff ist.
