Der Perforator für Hohlkörper wird vorwiegend in Sortieranlagen für Wertstoffe nach dem Dualen System Deutschlands eingesetzt.The perforator for hollow bodies is mainly used in sorting plants for recyclable materials according to Germany's dual system.
In den letzten Jahren ist der Anteil an PET-Getränkeflaschen stetig gewachsen. Diese PET-Getränkeflaschen haben eine so hohe Festigkeit, daß sie im verschlossenen Zustand in den zZt vorhandenen Ballenpressen nicht platzen und ohne Lufteinschluß zusammengepreßt werden können.In recent years, the proportion of PET beverage bottles has grown steadily. Die zu perforierenden Hohlkörper werden durch den Einweiser (3) zwischen die Zahntrommel (2) und die Seitenwand des Gehäuses (1) gelenkt, wobei der Stromteiler (6) ein schräges Einlaufen für den besseren Einzug der Hohlkörper begünstigt.The hollow bodies to be perforated are guided by the guide (3) between the toothed drum (2) and the side wall of the housing (1), whereby the flow divider (6) promotes an inclined entry for better feeding of the hollow bodies.
