Ihr Schreiben vom 4.7.01
Angemeldet wird eine Fußeinlage mit Zweikomponenten Füllmasse und Härter, die mit einer Hülle aus Polyuhrethan ummantelt ist. Nach der Vernetzung beider Komponenten entsteht eine weiche Fußeinlage, in der der Fußabdruck durch Hineinstellen entsteht, der anschließend aushärtet und dauerhaft elastisch ist. Damit wird dem Fuß ein optimales Fußbett gegeben. Figur 1 : Schuheinlage in der Draufsicht mit umlaufender Klebe- oder Schweißnaht. Die Hülle besteht aus Polyuhrethan. In der Hülle befinden sich eingefärbtes, zweikomponentisches, doppeltvernetztes Silopren. Figur 2 : Seitenansicht mit in der Mitte befindlicher Trennfolie, die Perforierungen hat. Die beiden Komponenten sind a) Füllmasse und b) Härter . Die Füllmenge ergibt sich aus der unterschiedliche Größe der Fußeinlagen. Figur 3 : zeigt vergrößerten Ausschnitt der Seitenansicht, wobei a und b die beiden o.g. Komponenten darstellt. Die schraffierte Linie in der Mitte ist eine Folie, die die beiden Komponenten trennt.
Handhabung der Schuheinlage: Die Hülle mit der Füllung wird auseinander gezogen, damit die perforierte Trennfolie zerreißt und somit Füllung und Härter zusammen kommen, die dann durch Durchkneten zum Vernetzen gebracht werden. Danach steckt man die Einlage in den geöffneten Schuh, stellt sich hinein, schließt den Schuh und wartet im Sitzen etwa 2o Minuten bis der Fußabdruck ( Schuheinlage ) ausgehärtet ist.
Anwendung der Schuheinlage : Die Schuheinlage findet für jeden herkömmlichen Damen- oder Herrenschuh Anwendung, egal ob der Schuh ein vorgefertigtes Fußbett besitzt oder nicht, sie ist auch geeignet für Sportschuhe. Im besonderen ist diese Einlage zu orthopädischen Verwendung in Schuhen als Stütze etc. geeignet.

- Angemeldet wird eine Fußeinlage mit Zweikomponenten Füllmasse und Härter, die mit einer Hülle aus Polyurethan ummantelt ist. Nach der Vernetzung beider Komponenten entsteht eine weiche Fußeinlage, in der der Fußabdruck durch Hineinstellen entsteht, der anschließend aushärtet und dauerhaft elastisch ist. Damit wird dem Fuß ein optimales Fußbett gegeben.
