PUTZLEISTE FÜR DEN MAUERPUTZVORGANG IM LAIBUNGSBEREICHPLASTERING STRIP FOR WALL PLASTERING IN THE REVEAL AREA
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Putzleiste fur den Mauerputzvorgang im Laibungsbereich, welche zum sauberen und dichten Putzanschluß mit Bewegungsaufhahme, an ein Bauteil wie zum Beispiel Fenster oder Türen herangezogen wird .The invention relates to a plastering strip for the wall plastering process in the reveal area, which is used for a clean and tight plaster connection with movement absorption to a component such as windows or doors.
Solche Profile sind bereits bekannt. Sie sind entweder aus PVC , einem anderen Kunststoff oder aus Aluminium hergestellt.Such profiles are already known. They are made either from PVC, another plastic or from aluminum.
Sie bestehen vorwiegend aus Kunststoff, haben einen in etwa U-förmigen oder L-förmigen Querschnitt (zwei gleiche oder ungleiche Schenkel, welche zum Teil noch mit in den Putz reichenden Verhakungselementen ausgestattet sind ) und einer seitlichen abknickbaren Schutzlasche, welche mit einem Kerbeinschnitt oder einer Perforation versehen ist. Auf dieser Schutzlasche ist ein doppelseitges Klebeband befestigt, an welchem vor dem Putzgang eine das Bauteil schützende Folie angebracht wird. Nach dem Putzgang wird diese Schutzlasche mit der Folie entfernt. Mit dem Klebeteil ,bestehend aus einem Schaumband zwischen zwei doppelseitig klebenden Folien, werden die Profile an dem Bauteil befestigt. Das Schaumband dient der Abdichtung gegen Nässe und der Bewegungsaufhahme von Putz und Bauteil. Zum Teil sind diese Profile mit einer Weich-PVC Lippe zum Schutz des Schaumbandes ausgestattet. Es gibt auch zweiteilige Profile, das heißt, ein Profilteil wird als Halteprofil an dem Rahmen des Bauteils angebracht (Schrauben, Kleben , Kante umgreifendes Einrasten) der Putzaufhahmeteil wird aufgesteckt. Some of these profiles have a central web in the U-shaped plaster receiving part.
All diese Profile benötigen für die Aufnahme von unterschiedlich starken Putzschichten (in der Wärmedämmung 8 mm , bei Kratzputz 14-16 mm , bei Tnnenputz 6 mm) verschiedene Profilstärken, und sind je nach Stärke der bauseits vorhandenen Lücke zwischen Bauteil und Baukörper nicht diese Lücke dicht abdeckend einzubauen. Mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 wird in Fig. 1 der Putzabzugsschenkel eines U-förmigen Putzaufhahmekörpers 17 dargestellt. An seiner Unterkante 9 ist eine Schutzlasche 3 mit einer Sollbruchstelle 13 angeformt. Der Innenschenkel 5 ist mit einem Verhakungselement 15 ausgestattet. Die wandseitige Verlängerung der Unterkante 9 zeigt einen Schenkel 6 mit einem Verhakungsteil 14 und einer Verlängerungslippe 7 aus Weich-PVC . Mit dem sich an der Unterseite des Schaumbandes 4 befindenden doppelseitigen Klebebandes wird die Leiste so an das Bauteil 10 geklebt, daß mit der Laibungskante ein lotgerechter Winkel entsteht. Der in der Laibung aufgetragene Putz 16 drückt sich in den Putzaufhahmeteil 17 der Leiste und biegt den wandseitigen Schenkel 6 mit seiner Verlängerungslippe 7 an den Baukörper 11.
