Description
Gurtabstreifer für Gurtfördereinrichtungen mit einem Abstreifrakel ( ggf. Abstreifwenderakel ), einsetzbar im Untertrum, Umlenktrommelbereich oder im Inneren des Förderbereiches. V. g. Das Federpaket erreicht durch eine Kombination mit entsprechenden Elastomer,- oder Gummipuffern, die unterschiedlichste Federdämpfung. Ein zusätzlicher Vorteil besteht auch darin, daß das gewünschte Minimum eines ausreichenden Federweges, durch den Einbezug einer Stellschraube'(3 ) begrenzt wird. Der exakt ausgerichtete Anstellwinkel des Schaberrakels ( Figur VII, Seite 9) ermöglicht eine effiziente Schabefunktion, bei minimalstem Anpressdruck. In Ergänzung vorbeschriebener Säuberungs,- und Abriebfunktion, wird der obere, im Eingriff postierte,- und verschlissene Teil des Wenderakels, durch Lösen entsprechender Spannschrauben an den Klemmläschen (1) manuell um 180 ° geschwenkt.
