However, according to the invention it is also possible for the room divider to be made of stone.

A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the room divider is designed in several parts.

This design is particularly advantageous when using heavy materials or relatively voluminous sections

Furthermore, it is very advantageous if, according to a further embodiment of the invention, the room divider is designed to be adaptable to the respective room height.

It is also very advantageous if, according to the invention, the room divider has at least one flat surface.

This means that the room divider can be easily placed on the floor, leaned against a wall or attached to the ceiling.

However, according to the invention it can also be provided that the room divider has a second flat surface at an angle to the first surface.

This means that the room divider can be leaned against two adjacent room sections at the same time.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing using several embodiments.

In Fig. 1, 1 designates a room divider which has a relatively large floor section 2 standing on the floor, which gives the room divider good stability. Two column-like sections 3 and 4 extend upwards from this floor section, one of which has a flat and horizontally running end surface 5. The other column-like section and the entire rest of the room divider has a very jagged surface and thus has a stone-like appearance. There are recesses 6 and openings 7 which can be used to hold any objects.

provided. The column 20 is equipped with recesses 22 and shelves 23 attached therein. The ceiling part 21 has a larger, flat section 24 at the upper end with which the entire structure consisting of room divider 1, column 20 and ceiling part 21 is supported on the ceiling. An adjustment device (not shown) is provided in the connection point 10, with which room differences can be compensated. However, it is also possible, for example, to adapt the length of the column 20 to the circumstances.

Fig.3 shows another room divider 31, which consists of a floor section 32 and a wall section 33. Both can be connected or made up of two parts that can be put together. Here, too, recesses are provided for holding flowers or other objects.

Fig. 4 shows a room divider 41 which, compared to the room divider 1 in Figs. 1 and 2, has a smaller floor section 42. Two column-like sections 43 and 44 rise from this floor section 42, of which one section 43 has a flat upper end surface 45. The other column-like section 44, on the other hand, is provided with a depression 46 at its upper end, which can function as a storage tray or as a water basin.

Fig. 5 shows another room divider 51, which consists of a corner part 52, a ceiling part 53 and a wall part 54. These parts can be arranged and supplemented as desired.

The room divider 61 shown in Fig.6 is basin-shaped and serves as a water basin into which a fountain (not shown) can be integrated. Two column-like stumps 62 and 63 are formed on the edge of this basin-shaped room divider 61, which can serve as storage or standing surfaces. It is therefore possible to place columns 20 on top of them as additional parts, which in turn can be connected to ceiling parts.

Any designable material can be used for the room dividers.

However, in order to keep the load on the ceiling as low as possible, plastic is primarily used to manufacture the parts, which can then be assembled using plug-in or adhesive connections.

Room divider according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the room divider ( 1 , 31 , 41 , 51 , 61 ) has compartments ( 22 ). 5. Room divider according to claim 4, characterized in that the compartments ( 22 ) are designed to be lockable. 6. Room divider according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that receptacles ( 7 , 22 ) are provided for plants. 7. Room divider according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that fastening options for artificial plants are arranged. 8. Room divider according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the room divider ( 1 , 41 , 61 ) has a water basin ( 46 , 61 ). 9. Room divider according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the room divider ( 1 , 31 , 41 , 51 , 61 ) is designed in several parts. 15. Room divider according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the room divider ( 1 , 31 , 41 , 51 , 61 ) is designed to be adaptable to the respective room height. 16.
