Bezeichnung der Erfindung:Title of the invention:
Federdrahtklammer, zur Befestigung von Baum- Stäben- Rohre- u.Pfähle an Spanndrähten.Spring wire clamp for attaching tree poles, pipes and posts to tension wires.
Beschreibung:Description:
Tree plants such as espalier or avenue trees, which are intended to grow particularly straight, are attached by the tree nurseries to metal pipes, pipe-like rods such as naturally grown bamboo or Tonkin rods or to wooden posts with cords or bands. To prevent the young trees and the rods to which they are attached from being knocked over by strong gusts of wind, the rods are attached to tension wires with cords or bands. This is very time-consuming and when naturally grown rods have weathered they have to be replaced and re-tied with new cords or bands, which have another disadvantage in that they loosen over time, which can cause the rods on the tension wire to shift and the tree then does not continue to grow in the intended position. The object of the invention is to eliminate these defects and disadvantages by allowing it to be assembled and disassembled with a simple movement of the hand and, as it is made of a rust-proof material, it has an almost unlimited lifespan. It clamps the rods to the tension wire with great force and fixes them firmly and immovably on all sides.
Beschreibung mit Bezugsziffern zur Zeichnung:Description with reference numbers to the drawing:
The drawing shows in Fig.1 the spring clip in the top view and in the untensioned state and Fig.2 shows the spring clip at both ends hooked onto the tension wire and also in the top view and in Fig.3 in the same position in the front view and in Fig.4 in the side view where the spring clip end forms a wedge-shaped hook 1.1 to 1.4, the spring clip part between 1.2 and 1.3 is radius-shaped and is straight in the further course up to 1.4 and then goes into a semi-circular radius which ends at 1.5 Fig. 1+2 and is bent back by approx. 110° and forms a straight line up to 1.6, Fig.1 and is then connected to 1.7 via a radius and from there to 1.8 runs straight out the other end and forms an open eyelet with the spring clip leg 1.5 -1.6 Fig. 1, the spring clip end 1.7-1.8 is bent by approx. 10° the section 1.5-1.6 is bent forwards Fig. 1+2, which prevents it from coming loose from the tension wire when tensioned. The semi-circular radius of 1.4-1.5 Fig.1 is larger in the untensioned state than that of bars 3, Fig.1 to 4, which means that it can bridge tolerances of the bar diameter of approx. 10 to 20%. To clamp the rods to the tension wire, the hook end 1.1 to 1.4 Fig.4 is hooked onto the tension wire 2, Fig. 1 to 4, and placed on the rod with the radius 1 A- 1.5, then the end 1.6-1.7 is pressed over the tension wire until the end 1.8, Fig. 1+2, can be guided downwards behind it and the end 1.8 can be released and can pass forwards under the tension wire and the radius 1.6-1.7 can be placed on the tension wire. The spring clamp is now spring-loaded in the area 1.4 to 1.6 + 1.7 and the radius 1.4-1.5, Fig. 2, rests against the outer wall of the rod and fixes it in all lateral directions. A strong tensile force now acts on the hook end 1.1 to 1.3, Fig.4, and because the hook radius 1.2-1.3 is smaller than the radius of the tension wire, it is clamped so tightly between the rod and the wedge-shaped inner part of the hook that the spring clamp with the clamped rod can no longer be moved on the tension wire.
