Der Hundeführer faßt mit einer Hand durch die variable Griffschlaufe (1) und umgreift den frei beweglichen Handgriff (2). Versucht der Hund, sich loszureißen, zieht sich die variable Griffschlaufe (1) über dem Handgelenk des Hundeführers zusammen mit der Folge, daß die Leine dem Hundeführer nicht mehr entgleiten kann. Die durchbissfeste Leine (3) besteht aus elastischem Stahlseil von entsprechender Stärke, das mit Leder oder einem anderen geeigneten Material ummantelt ist. Die Leine (3) ist an ihrem einen Ende an einem Karabinerhaken (4) abrißsicher befestigt, führt in einem Stück durch den frei beweglichen Handgriff (2) hindurch, bildet die Schlaufe (1), führt wieder zurück durch den Handgriff (2) und wird mit ihrem anderen Ende wieder am Karabinerhaken (4) befestigt.The invention ensures that the dog cannot accidentally break away from the handler.
