ABLAUF BEIM MECHANISCHEN WUCHTENMECHANICAL BALANCING PROCESS

Um das Teil zu spannen, muß der Rastbolzen (3) in die Rastwelle (4) eingerastet sein. Nun wird die Spannauihahme (7) auf die Welle (1) aufgesteckt. Ein schnelles spannen wird durch drücken des Bolzens (5) erreicht, da der Stift (8) aus dem Gewindegang gedrückt wird und in die Aufnahme geschoben werden kann. Am Endes des Wuchtvorganges wird der Bolzen (5) gelöst, der Stift (8) rastet in den Gewindegang ein und somit kann das zu wuchtende Teil mit ein paar Drehungen gespannt werden. Um den Wuchtvorgang zu beginnen, muß der Rastbolzen (3) aus der Rastwelle (4) entrastet sein. Nun kann das Teil wie herkömmlich gewuchtet werden. Nach dem Wuchtvorgang wird der Rastbolzen (3) wieder in die Rastwelle (4) eingerastet. Durch Linksdrehen der Spannaufhahme wird das gewuchtete Teil gelöst. Mit Hilfe des Stiftet (5) kann die Spannaufhahme (7) wieder heruntergeschoben werden. Das gewuchtete Teil wird nun von der der Welle (1) entnommen und der Wuchtvorgang ist beendet.Firstly, the device is aligned using the frame feet and the spirit level (9).
