The double-walled disposable drinking cup is used and functions in the area of conventional disposable drinking cups for hot drinks.

The current state of the art is that only single-walled disposable drinking cups are available on the market, which make it almost impossible to hold hot drinks in them, as the cup is too hot and you have to constantly move it from one hand to the other, otherwise you would burn your fingers and hands.

As a makeshift measure, a single-walled disposable drinking cup with hot contents is also held at the upper edge, as the cup remains relatively cool in this area.

Two or even three cups are also used at the same time so that the outside of the cup stays cool for longer, which means double or triple the cost for an organizer. Napkins are also placed around the cup to keep it cool for longer.

By using the double-walled disposable drinking cup, problems of burning fingers or hands when drinking hot drinks are avoided. Costs are saved to a considerable extent, as the unnecessary use of one or two additional cups to keep the outer wall cool is eliminated.

Furthermore, costs are saved on additional napkins that are wastefully placed around the disposable drinking cup to also keep the outer wall cooler.

All of the problems mentioned are solved functionally and technically by the double-walled disposable drinking cup, as the double-walled disposable drinking cup was specially developed for this purpose.

The double-walled disposable drinking cup is used and functions to protect fingers and hands.

The double-walled disposable drinking cup has an inner and outer wall, with air in between as a buffer so that the outer wall heats up very slowly.

To ensure that the inner and outer walls do not touch each other when the cup is held by pressing it together, which would result in the outer wall heating up immediately, spacers are inserted between the inner and outer walls, vertically or horizontally.

To ensure that the drinking pleasure is not impaired, the inner wall does not run parallel to the outer wall but almost converges with the outer wall at the upper end, as otherwise the upper edge would have to be made too thick, which would have unpleasant drinking properties.

The double-walled disposable drinking cup also has a single-walled base.

The double-walled disposable drinking cup can be made from different materials such as plastic, glass, cardboard or material combinations, individually in size, shape, contour, surface and color.

To solve the problems mentioned at the beginning, a double-walled disposable drinking cup according to the previous description and protection claim 1 is proposed.

The double-walled disposable drinking cup has the following advantages and technical solutions.

The double-walled disposable drinking cup can be used easily and safely to protect fingers and hands when drinking hot drinks. The inner wall prevents the outer wall from heating up too quickly thanks to the air cushion. The double-walled disposable drinking cup is handy, light and can be gripped and used safely.

Double-walled disposable drinking cup to protect fingers and hands from burns, characterized by the design and function of the inner wall ( 1 ), the outer wall ( 2 ), the single-walled base ( 3 ), the upper rim ( 4 ) and the spacers ( 5 ). 2. The double-walled disposable drinking cup according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner wall ( 1 ), the outer wall ( 2 ), the single-walled base ( 3 ), the upper edge ( 4 ), the spacers ( 5 ) are made of plastic, plastic, glass, cardboard or material combinations, individually in size, shape, contour, surface and color. 3. The double-walled disposable drinking cup according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner wall ( 1 ) is arranged obliquely to the outer wall ( 2 ) and almost converges with the outer wall ( 2 ) at the upper edge ( 4 ). 4. The double-walled disposable drinking cup according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an air cushion ( 6 ) is present between the inner wall ( 1 ) and the outer wall ( 2 ) as well as the spacers ( 5 ). 7. The double-walled disposable drinking cup according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that spacers ( 5 ) are inserted between the inner wall ( 1 ) and the outer wall ( 2 ), vertically and/or horizontally, with such a small distance from one another that it is impossible to press the outer wall ( 2 ) together with the inner wall ( 1 ) when touching the double-walled disposable drinking cup. 8. The double-walled disposable drinking cup according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the double-walled disposable drinking cup is round, square, oval, pointed or a combination of these. 9. The double-walled disposable drinking cup according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the double-walled disposable drinking cup has a smooth, rough or profiled surface.
