ein Gehäuse (10), welches auf einer Seite mit einer Mehrzahl von Halteöffnungen (11) versehen ist, während die andere Seite eine Mehrzahl von Haltevorsprüngen (12) trägt, deren räumliche Anordnung derjenigen der Halteschlitze (11) entspricht, wobei das Gehäuse (10) zur Bildung eines zylindrischen Gegenstandes aufrollbar ist derart, daß die Haltevorsprünge (12) von den Halteschlitzen (11) aufgenommen werden, während der zylindrische Gegenstand auf seiner Oberseite und seiner Unterseite eine Mehrzahl von Durchgangsöffnungen (13) besitzt,
einen Sitzring (20) mit einem umlaufenden Schlitz (21) und einem umgekehrten Haken(22), wobei der Sitzring (20) eine innere periphere Kante (23) aufweist, die mit einer umlaufenden vorspringenden Kante (24) und einer Mehrzahl von Positionierschlitzen (25) versehen ist,
einen drehbaren Deckel (30), der auf seiner Oberseite mit einer Mehrzahl von geschlitzten Kanten (31) versehen ist, während die Peripherie eine Mehrzahl von Haltevorsprüngen (32) trägt, die sich an den Stellen der Halteschlitze (25) des Sitzringes (20) befinden, wobei der drehbare Deckel (30) herabdrückbar und drehbar ist in einer solchen Weise, daß der drehbare Deckel (30) von dem Sitzring (20) aufgenommen ist, während die obere Oberfläche des drehbaren Deckels (30) auf gleichem Niveau wie die Oberkante des Sitzringes (20) liegt und
einen Fuß (40) zur Abdichtung des Bodens des zylindrischen Gegenstandes, wobei der Boden (40) einen umlaufenden Schlitz (41) aufweist, welcher mit einem umgekehrten Haken (42) versehen ist, welcher zum Eingriff führbar ist mit den Durchgangsöffnungen (13) des zylindrischen Gegenstandes. 1.
