Double or multiple chamber mixing systems for the separate storage of chemicals, reactive substances or drinks to be mixed have been known and published for 70 years. (Brevet d'invention N° 745.932 of 18 Nov. 1932, France)
Several applications for two-chamber systems are also known (EP 0653 356 Bl) (DE 19846 836 Al) (EP 0894 735 Al).

What they all have in common is a waist-like constriction of a container, the closure of which is overcome by a mechanism emanating from the common pouring opening, thus allowing both (or several) components to come together.

The purpose of the invention is, in contrast to the already known systems, the emptying of which takes place via screw caps, pipetting devices or dosing elements, to reduce the opening and emptying of the container - appropriate and expedient for its use for mixed drinks - to a simple jerky pull opening.

The fact that the entire opening process immediately before consumption of the contents can be compared to "arming a hand grenade" is the intention of the inventor, as it is desired to associate the consumption of the product with a "typical hand movement" and thus to create a "drinking cult" that meets the sales interests of the provider.

This intention is also reflected in the selection of beverage components, the mixing of which, for example,

results in a color change.
In the system according to the invention, as an improvement over previously published devices, hygienic criteria are taken into account to a greater extent, since the closure is sealed and the extraction device clearly shows the integrity of the entire system.

After emptying, all parts are recyclable.
These specifications are explained in more detail by the invention using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the pictures.

Figure 2 shows an example of an external view of a two-chamber bottle with the loop folded down and attached with a seal in the "originally sealed" state.

Figure 1 shows a sectional drawing in the closed state before mixing and opening. represents the double chamber bottle, the stopper (2) that closes the lower liquid chamber, the stopper (3) that closes the upper liquid chamber.

The pull-off thread (4) (with a reserve tension) is passed through the upper plug (3).

A hygienic seal is ensured by (6). The pull loop is attached to the outside, as can be seen in Figure 2.

Picture 3 shows the state of the bottle after opening. After pulling on the loop (5), the seals burst and the stopper (2) is pulled upwards until it is temporarily locked by the upper stopper (3).
In this state, both chambers are connected to each other and the different liquids mix or can be shaken. Because both bottle components are not completely filled, an expansion reservoir (for watery liquids) is created in the event of freezing.

If further tension is exerted on the loop (5), the plug (3) can also be pulled out and the mixture can be emptied.

Claims (2)

1. Multi-chamber mixing container for liquids, product class 21 , the chambers of which are connected by a passage opening ( 1 ) and separated from one another by a plug ( 2 ), characterized in that - the pull-off thread (made of tear-resistant plastic) ( 4 ) with a pulling reserve is attached to the stopper ( 2 ) separating the two chambers and is guided through the stopper ( 3 ) closing the double chamber, so that by a single pulling movement upwards with the pull loop ( 5 ) which is only possible in one direction, in a first part of the movement both chambers of the container are connected and the stoppers lie against one another ( Figure 3) and in the second part of the pulling movement after the liquids have been mixed - they can be pulled together out of the double chamber bottle. - the originally sealed double-chamber bottle ( Figure 1) is protected from contamination by a sealing closure ( 6 ), so that this protective layer flakes off when the tear cord ( 4 ) is used.
This makes the integrity of the product recognizable. 2. Multi-chamber mixing container for liquids, product class 21 according to claim 1, characterized in that the closure elements of the opening mechanism have a spherical shape ( Figure 4).
