Das in den Figuren 1 und 2 dargestellte Übungsgerät besteht aus zwei Rahmenteilen 10, die jeweils einen geradlinigen mittleren Abschnitt 11, eine gekrümmte Schiene 12 am einen Ende und eine schräg verlaufende Verlängerung 13 am anderen Ende umfassen. Zwei Rohre 14 sind an den Verlängerungen 13 mittels Gelenken 70 und Feststellgliedern 71 verstellbar so angebracht, daß sie in beliebigen Winkelstellungen relativ zu den Verlängerungen festgestellt werden können. Zwei Handgriffe 17 sind mittels Befestigungselementen 15 an den Rohren 14 verstellbar angebracht. Ein weiches bzw. elastisches Pad 16 sitzt auf einem hülsenförmigen Arm 18, die auf die Handgriffe 17 aufgeschoben werden kann (Fig. 2). Der Arm 18 und das Pad 16 können von den Handgriffen 17 gelöst werden (Figuren 3 bis 7). Claims

1. Exercise device with two frame parts ( 10 ), each having a central section and two ends, and a base ( 20 ) which is arranged between the frame parts ( 10 ) and fastened thereto, characterized in that: the frame parts ( 10 ) are each provided at a first end with a curved rail ( 12 ) and at a second end with a handle ( 17 ).

2. Exercise device according to claim 1, characterized in that the base ( 20 ) is supported between the handles ( 17 ) and the curved rails ( 12 ) of the frame parts ( 10 ).

3. Training device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the base ( 20 ) is rotatably mounted between the frame parts ( 10 ) by means of a pin ( 21 ).

4. Training device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the middle sections of the frame parts ( 10 ) are straight.

5. Exercise device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the second ends of the frame parts ( 10 ) each have an extension ( 13 ) to which a tube ( 14 ) for receiving the handles ( 17 ) is fastened.

6. Training device according to claim 5, characterized in that the tubes ( 14 ) are attached to the extensions ( 13 ) by means of joints ( 70 ) and locking members ( 71 ).

7. Exercise device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that an arm ( 18 ) is detachably attached between the handles ( 17 ) of the two frame parts ( 10 ).

8. Training device according to one of the preceding claims in conjunction with claim 3, characterized in that the frame parts ( 10 ) each comprise a projection ( 22 ) for receiving the pin ( 21 ).
