Description :

Wet or damp laundry is a heavy load in the laundry basket and, depending on the distance from the clothesline/rotary clothes dryer, involves strenuous physical work. In addition, there is the laborious task of hanging up the various items of laundry on site. - The constant change from a bent to a stretched position very often leads to painful muscle tension and, not infrequently, to injuries and permanent damage to the spine or the entire musculoskeletal system. This damage can affect people of all ages. Mobile clothes racks are known for clotheslines that still exist along paved garden paths, but they are cumbersome and bulky to handle and also require sufficient space.

Today, space-saving, collapsible rotary clothes dryers are used to dry laundry outdoors. These are usually installed on lawns that are difficult to drive on, so that the full laundry basket ultimately has to be carried to the rotary clothes dryer and placed on the ground, after which the disastrous activity can begin. This does not have to be the case!

The invention of the height-adjustable laundry basket stand that can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer provides a remedy here by integrating an extendable and collapsible, variably adjustable laundry basket stand directly into the standpipe of a rotary clothes dryer so that the laundry basket can be placed/hooked in at a height that is individually adapted to the body size, thus avoiding constant, unhealthy bending.

Since the rotary clothes dryers are generally designed to rotate, the location of the laundry basket stand can be advantageously maintained. The special fastening element (Fig. 1,3; Fig. 2,3 and Fig. 6,3) with its ring-shaped bulge (Fig. 1,4; Fig. 2,

4; and Fig. 6,4), optionally with spacer/compensation rings of different thicknesses (Fig. 4), with a closed or slotted ring (Fig. 5), this laundry basket stand can be attached to the rotary clothes dryer's standpipe in such a way that the fastening element does not jam and has just enough play to allow the rotary clothes dryer to be easily rotated as usual. The fastening element can also be attached to the rotary clothes dryer's standpipe at any height using a lockable collar ring (on which the fastening element rests loosely), which rotates alone with the rotary clothes dryer. - In this case, the support leg can be designed as a single piece (without an extendable upper section) with an articulated fork.

The variable laundry basket stand also consists essentially of a supporting leg (Fig. 1,1; Fig. 2,1 and Fig. 6,1) with an extendable upper part (Fig. 1,6; Fig. 2,6 and Fig. 6,6) and a supporting leg (Fig. 1,2; Fig. 2,2; Fig. 3,2 and Fig. 6,2) with an extendable upper part (Fig. 1,5; Fig. 2,5 and Fig. 6,5), which are connected to one another by a fork joint (Fig. 1,9; Fig. 2,9 and Fig. 6,9), whereby the supporting leg lower part (Fig. 3,2) is movably mounted in the fastening element so that it can be lowered and thus locked/"anchored" in a vertical position (Fig. 6) by the slotted hole guide (Fig. 2,15 and Fig. 3,15), thus providing a useful and advantageous integration with the rotary clothes dryer. The rounded end also ensures that the support leg can be folded without obstructions (Fig. 2,16 and Fig. 3,1.6). The upper part of the support leg can be locked with a locking screw/bracket (Fig. 1,7; Fig. 2,7 and Fig. 6,7) and the upper part of the support leg with a locking screw (Fig. 1,8; Fig. 2,8 and Fig. 6,8) or a clamping bracket. A movable/folding or a rigid base/support (Fig. 1,10; Fig. 2,10 and Fig. 6,10), optionally with an angled edge (Fig. 1,11 and Fig. 2,11), for placing the laundry basket on can be attached to the support leg, and in addition to this, a rigid or movable, upwardly folding fastening hook (Fig. 1,12; Fig. 2,12 and Fig. 6,12) for the laundry basket edge can be attached to the extendable upper part (Fig. 1,6; Fig. 2,6 and Fig. 6,6). It would also make sense to have an additional rigid or movable, upwardly folding fastening hook (Fig. 1,13; Fig. 2,13 and Fig. 6,13) for the clip container/basket.

Optionally, the supporting leg can be continuously locked at different angles to the support leg in the joint fork (Fig. 1,9; Fig. 2,9 and Fig. 6,9) by means of a locking screw or clamp.

In addition, the support leg can be equipped with a safety foot/cap made of rubber or plastic with a non-slip profile. The individual parts of the laundry basket stand can be made of aluminum, iron, sheet steel, plastic, wood, or other material, or a combination of these. Square tubes, round tubes and other cross-sectional profiles, or a combination of these, can be used.

There can also be two support legs, one of which can be folded out from the lower part of the other. The base of the support leg can also consist of a cross tube/rod.

This integrable laundry basket stand can be sold/distributed as a set in conjunction/combination with a rotary clothes dryer, but also as an accessory for retrofitting.

Claims (16)

Height-adjustable laundry basket stand that can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that it is essentially a collapsible and extendable, as well as height-adjustable device for setting up/hanging up a laundry basket, which consists of a standing leg ( Fig. 1,1; Fig. 2,1 and Fig . 6,1) with a retractable and extendable upper part ( Fig. 1,6; Fig. 2,6 and Fig. 6,6) and a support leg ( Fig. 1,2; Fig. 2,2; Fig. 3,2 and Fig. 6,2) with a retractable and extendable upper part ( Fig. 1,5; Fig. 2,5 and Fig. 6,5), and both legs are brought together in a joint/articulated fork ( Fig. 1,9; Fig. 2,9 and Fig. 6,9) so that the angle of extension can be varied continuously, whereby the supporting leg with the safety foot/cap ( Fig. 1, 14; Fig. 2,14 and Fig. 6,14) made of rubber, plastic or other elastic material acts as the actual carrier of the basket holder ( Fig. 1,10; Fig. 2, 10 and Fig. 6,10), while the supporting leg with its lower end is freely movable in a fastening element ( Fig. 1,3; Fig. 2,3 and Fig. 6,3) which is attached/integrated to the standpipe of the rotary clothes dryer in such a way that the rotary clothes dryer can be easily turned in the usual way and the wet, heavy laundry can be easily removed - without constantly bending and stretching - from the height arrangement of the laundry basket which is individually adjusted to the respective body size and which rests on a base/support ( Fig. 1,10; Fig. 2,10 and Fig. 6,10) and is secured at the top with a hook ( Fig. 1,12; Fig. 2,12 and Fig. 6,12) (the same relief and protection of health applies analogously to taking the laundry away). 2. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claim 1, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the extendable upper part of the support leg ( Fig. 1,6; Fig. 2,6 and Fig. 6,6) in the support leg ( Fig. 1,1; Fig. 2,1 and Fig. 6,1) can be fixed/locked optionally by means of a locking screw ( Fig. 1,7; Fig. 2,7 and Fig. 6,7) or a clamping bracket - and likewise the retractable upper part of the support leg ( Fig. 1,5; Fig. 2,5 and Fig. 6,5) in the support leg ( Fig. 1,2; Fig. 2,2 and Fig. 6,2) can be fixed/locked optionally by means of a locking screw ( Fig. 1,8; Fig. 2,8 and Fig. 6,8) or a clamping bracket. 3. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claim 1 and 2, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the end of the support leg ( Fig. 1,2; Fig. 2, 2; Fig. 3,2 and Fig. 6,2) can be rounded ( Fig. 3, 16) for the purpose of obstruction-free inclination. 4. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 3 that can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the support leg ( Fig. 1,2; Fig. 2,2; Fig. 3,2 and Fig. 6,2) can be attached so that it can move freely by means of an elongated hole guide ( Fig. 3,15) and a screw/bolt ( Fig. 2,17) that passes through the fastening element ( Fig. 1,3; Fig. 2,3 and Fig. 6,3) from the outside, so that the entire laundry basket stand can be folded up when not in use and can be firmly locked/"anchored" on its edge, parallel to the rotary clothes dryer's standpipe ( Fig. 6). 5. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand that can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the fastening element ( Fig. 1,3; Fig. 2,3 and Fig. 6,3) has an integrated, closed ring sleeve/ring-shaped bulge ( Fig. 1,4; Fig. 2,4 and Fig. 6,4); optionally, additionally insertable spacer/compensating rings ( Fig. 4) of different thicknesses can also be included, which can compensate for the manufacturer-specific standpipe tolerances. 6. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 5, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the fastening element can consist of a slotted box profile with a slotted collar ring/sleeve ( Fig. 5), also for variable cross-section adaptation to the rotary clothes dryer standpipe. 7. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 6 that can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the support/standing surface ( Fig. 1,10; Fig. 2,10 and Fig. 6,10) for the laundry basket, as well as the hook-shaped fastening ( Fig. 1,12; Fig. 2,12 and Fig. 6,12) for the laundry basket edge can be arranged to be movable/adjustable and foldable. 8. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 7, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the support/standing surface for the laundry basket can have an angled/rounded edge ( Fig. 1,11 and Fig. 2,11), whereby a problem-free insertion of the laundry basket can be ensured. 9. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 8, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the supporting leg ( Fig. 1,1; Fig. 2,1 and Fig. 6,1) can optionally also be locked in the joint fork ( Fig. 1,9; Fig. 2,9 and Fig. 6,9) by means of a locking screw (instead of just a split pin or bolt) or clamping bracket at any inclination/extension angle. 10. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 9, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that two legs - one of which can be folded out to the side and integrated in the lower area of the other - can optionally be provided. 11. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 10, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that at the lower end of the support leg ( Fig. 1,1; Fig. 2,1 and Fig. 6,1) instead of a safety foot ( Fig. 1,14; Fig. 2,14 and Fig. 6,14), a cross support/rod can be present (welded, soldered, riveted or inserted). 12. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 11, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that a rigid or movable, upwardly foldable fastening hook ( Fig. 1,13; Fig . 2,13 and Fig. 6,13) for a clip container/basket can be present at the upper end of the retractable support leg upper part ( Fig. 1,6; Fig . 2,6 and Fig. 6,6). 13. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 12 that can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the fastening element ( Fig. 1,3; Fig. 2,3, Fig. 6,3 and Fig. 5) can be mounted on the standpipe at any height instead of on the floor - with the aid of a support (collar clamp, collar flange) firmly anchored directly underneath by means of a split pin, locking screw/locking bracket - without impairing rotation of the rotary clothes dryer, and that in this case the support leg can manage without an extendable upper part, i.e. only be provided with a joint fork. 14. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 13, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the individual parts can consist of aluminum, iron, sheet steel, plastic, wood, or other material, or a combination thereof. 15. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand according to claims 1 to 14, which can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer, characterized in that the standing and supporting legs and their upper parts can consist of square tubes, round tubes and other tubes, or a combination thereof. 16. Height-adjustable laundry basket stand that can be integrated into a rotary clothes dryer according to claims 1 to 15, characterized in that this laundry basket stand can be sold/distributed as a set in connection/combination with a rotary clothes dryer, or also as an individual item/retrofit item.
