Die Erfindung betrifft einen Balg eines Überganges zwischen zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Fahrzeugen, wobei der Balg einen Balgboden umfasst, wobei im Bereich des Balgbodens mehrere quer zur Längsachse des Fahrzeugs verlaufende, am Balg befestigbare Bügel vorgesehen sind, um-das Durchhängen des Balgbodens zu minimieren.The invention relates to a bellows of a transition between two vehicles connected to one another in an articulated manner, wherein the bellows comprises a bellows base, wherein in the region of the bellows base a plurality of brackets extending transversely to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and attachable to the bellows are provided in order to minimize the sagging of the bellows base.

Um nun ein Durchhängen des Balgbodens zu verhindern, ist bekannt, im Bereich des Balgbodens einen Bügel vorzusehen, der sich quer zur Längsachse des Fahrzeuges erstreckt. Der Bügel ist an beiden Enden des Bodens mit dem jeweiligen Balgende, und hier insbesondere mit dem Einfassrahmen verbunden, der zwei Balgelemente in ihrejn Verbindungsbereich klammerartig erfasst. Dieser Bügel, der ein Durchhängen des Balgbodens verhindern bzw. die Durchhängung minimieren soll, weist einen rechteckigen Querschnitt auf, da ein rechteckiger Querschnitt üblicherweise ein hohes Widerstandsmoment gegen Durchbiegung bewirkt. Im Zuge der Entwicklung von Fahrzeugen und hier insbesondere im Zuge der Entwicklung von Niederflurfahrzeugen, hat sich allerdings herausgestellt, dass der Zwischenraum zwischen Gelenk und Balgboden nur noch sehr gering ist, weshalb die bekannten Bügel kaum noch einsetzbar sind. Auf den bekannten Bügel gänzlich zu verzichten ist jedoch nicht möglich, da andernfalls wiederum ein Durchhängen des Balges zu befürchten ist, mit der Folge, dass ein solcher durchhängender Balg relativ schnell verschleißt. Es ist nun allerdings auch bekannt, dass das Gelenk, das zur Verbindung zweier Fahrzeugteile dient, nur eine geringe Erstreckung quer zur Fahrzeuglängsachse besitzt.In order to prevent the bellows base from sagging, it is known to provide a bracket in the area of the bellows base that extends transversely to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass der im Querschnitt rechteckige Bügel im Bereich des Balgbodens über eine bestimmte Länge um ca. 90° Grad gegenüber den Bügelenden verdreht oder verschränkt. Das heißt, dass zumindest im Bereich des Gelenkes auf Grund der Verschränkung des Bügels um 90° Grad ein um einige Millimeter erhöhter Bauraum für das Gelenk zur Verfügung steht. Dadurch, dass die Verschränkung des Bügels nur über eine kurze Distanz, nämlich nur im Bereich des Gelenks vorgenommen wird, wird, obgleich der Bügel dort geschwächt ist, die Durchbiegung des Balges gleichwohl minimiert.To achieve this object, the invention proposes that the bracket, which has a rectangular cross-section, is twisted or twisted by approximately 90° in relation to the bracket ends over a certain length in the area of the bellows base. Der Balg, der unter Berücksichtigung des Balgbodens tunnelartig ausgebildet ist, besteht aus einem Baigboden 1 und dem übrigen im Wesentlichen U-förmig gebogenen Balg 10. Der Balg 10 setzt sich aus einzelnen Balgelementen 11 zusammen, die im Bereich ihrer Verbindung durch das Balgeinfassprofil 12 klemmbar miteinander verbunden sind. Der Balgboden 1 selbst zeichnet sich ebenfalls durch einzelne Balgelmente 2 aus, die im Bereich ihrer Verbindung eine Öse bzw. Lasche 3 bilden, die der Aufnahme des insgesamt mit 20 bezeichneten Bügels dient. Das heißt, dass der Bügel 20 durch die Lasche oder Öse 3 geschoben wird. Endseitig zeigt der Bügel 3, wie sich dies aus Fig. 2 ergibt, eine U-förmige Gestaltung auf, die es ermöglicht, den Balgeinfassrahmen 12 kiammerartig zu erfassen und mittels Schrauben oder Nieten 30 mit dem Balgeinfassrahmen 12 zu verbinden.The bellows, which is designed like a tunnel taking the bellows base into account, consists of a bellows base 1 and the rest of the bellows 10, which is essentially bent in a U-shape. Das heißt, . dass im eingebauten Zustand der Bügel 20 im Endbereich vertikal ausgerichtet ist, im Mittelbereich jedoch horizontal. Hierdurch werden einige Millimeter an Bauhöhe gewonnen, was insbesondere bei der Konstruktion des Gelenkes bzw. des Überganges von Vorteil ist.The design of the bracket 20 is particularly evident from Fig. 2 and 3.
