Die Neuerung betrifft ein flaches Behältnis bzw. eine flache Verpackung für Geschenke oder entsprechende Gegenstände. Insbesondere hat das Behältnis eine attraktive Form, z. B. die eines Herzens, einer Frucht oder dergleichen.The innovation concerns a flat container or flat packaging for gifts or corresponding objects. Es gibt die verschiedensten Formen von Verpackungsbehältern für Geschenke, z. B. Praline-Packungen, Behälter für Parfüm, Schmuck usw., die in Herzform oder vergleichbarer figürlicher Ausgestaltung hergestellt sind, und die in der Regel als Schachtel oder Schublade funktionieren, also einen quaderförmigen Unterteil mit Deckel oder einen schubladenförmigen Innenbehälter und ein diesen aufnehmendes quaderförmiges Rohr aufweisen. Derartige Behältnisse sind in ihrer Außenform jedoch üblicherweise auf eine Quader- oder Schuhschachtelform begrenzt oder haben z. B. bei Herzform einen schachteiförmigen, oben offenen Aufnahmeteil und einen unten offenen deckelartigen Verschließteil. Solche Behältnisse haben meist ein relativ hohes Gewicht, sind sperrig und vermitteln den Eindruck von Schwere, biederem Aussehen, sind aufwendig in der Herstellung, und sperrig für die Lagerung und den Versand; andererseits sind derartige Behältnisse für viele Verpackungszwecke und für die unterschiedlichsten zu verpackenden Gegenstände durchaus nicht zu ersetzen und werden in großem Umfang verwendet.There are a wide variety of forms of packaging containers for gifts, e.g. chocolate boxes, containers for perfume, jewelry, etc., which are made in the shape of a heart or a similar figurative design and which usually function as a box or drawer, i.e. have a cuboid-shaped base with a lid or a drawer-shaped inner container and a cuboid-shaped tube that holds the latter. Das neuerungsgemäße Behältnis besteht demnach aus einem Zuschnitt aus zwei ebenen parallelen Flächen aus Karton, steifem Papier oder Kunststoff in Form einer Vorder- und einer Rückwand, die im unteren Bereich fest miteinander verbunden, im übrigen aber so elastisch ausgebildet sind, daß sie ausbauchbar sind und im oberen Abschnitt eine gekrümmte, symmetrische Öffnung annehmen können, deren Weite durch einen eingeschobenen Abstandshalter aufrechterhalten wird. Der Abstandshalter selbst ist ein getrennter Zuschnitt aus gleichem (oder wahlweise auch unterschiedlichem) Material wie die Vorder- und Rückwand, und weist zwei symmetrische, etwa teil kreisförmige Biegelinien auf, die die Form eines Blütenblattes bzw. eines Schiffchens begrenzen; die Zuschnitt-Teile, die an diese Biegelinien anschließen, werden zum Einführen in das Behältnis abgebogen und in das Behältnis soweit eingeschoben, bis die beiden Enden des Schiffchenabschnittes in Anlage mit einem linken und einem rechten Anschlag im Inneren des Behältnisses kommen. Dieser Anschlag wird durch ein elastisches Spannband bzw. eine dehnbare Schnur festgelegt, die im oberen Abschnitt des Vorder- und Rückteiles an zwei diametral gegenüberliegenden Seiten durch Stanzlöcher der Vorder- und der Rückfläche geführt sind und die Vorder- und Rückwand an den Stellen der Stanzlöcher zusammenhalten, so daß die Enden des eingesetzten Abstandshalters durch diese elastischen Schnüre oder dergleichen festgelegt bzw. mit ihnen verhakt werden. Der Abstandshalter bildet die Abdeckung des Behältnisses, die in der Regel die Vorder- und Rückwand spreizt, um das für den zu verpackenden Gegenstand benötigte Volumen des Behältnisses aufrechtzuerhalten, ohne daß diese Abdeckung von außen sichtbar ist. Die elastische Schnur oder dergl. muß nicht notwendigerweise um den Umfang der Vorder- und der Rückwand herumgezogen werden. Das in der Ausführungsform eines Herzens dargestellte Behältnis nach den Figuren der Zeichnung ist nicht auf die Herzform beschränkt. Es gibt zahllose Möglichkeiten für die Form eines derartigen Behältnisses, beispielsweise die Form einer Frucht, wie eines Apfels, eines Pfirsichs, einer Orange oder dergleichen, aber auch einer beliebigen anderen Form, z. Das Volumen unterhalb des Abstandsteiles ist dabei der Raum, der den zu verpackenden Gegenstand, z.B. das Geschenk, aufnehmen kann. Die Oberseite des Abstandshalters liegt dabei mit den spitzen Enden auf den Abschnitten 14-15 und 16 17 der elastischen Kordel bzw. Claims

1. Flat container or packaging for flat objects, in particular gifts, consisting of a blank made of cardboard, stiff paper or plastic film, characterized by

a) a first blank ( 1 ) made of a flat front and back part ( 2 , 3 ) made of flexible material, which are connected to one another;

b) a second blank ( 8 ) made up of two partially circular bending lines ( 9 , 10 ) enclosing a symmetrical boat shape ( 13 ), which in the folded state forms a spacer to be inserted between the front and rear parts and

c) a clamping element ( 18 ) which presses the front and rear parts ( 2 , 3 ) curved according to the shape of the spacer ( 13 ) against the spacer.

2. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the front part and the rear part ( 2 , 3 ) of the container ( 1 ) are connected to one another via a common bending line ( 4 ) to form a pocket-shaped structure.

3. Container according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the front or rear part ( 2 , 3 ) has a tab ( 5) along a bending line (6 ) which can be connected to the front or rear part ( 3 , 2 ), e.g. glued (at 7).

4. Container according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the second blank ( 8 ) can be loosely inserted from above as the upper closure of the container ( 1 ).
