Medikamenten - Träger - System zur lokalen Therapie von Ohrerkrankungen.Drug carrier system for local therapy of ear diseases.
Häufig auftretende Ohrerkrankungen wie Otitis oder Dermatosen (infektiöse, allergische, entzündliche Erkrankungen (lokal oder chronisch) des äußeren Ohres) sind schmerzhaft und müssen mit Arzneimitteln behandelt werden. Die entsprechenden Wirkstoffe (z.B. antientzündliche Wirkung usw.) werden in der Regel in Tropfenform in den äußeren Gehörgang eingeführt. Dazu muß der Kopf stark zur Seite geneigt werden, damit die Tropfen in den äußeren Gehörgang einlaufen können. Sobald jedoch der Kopf in die Normallage zurückgeneigt wird, verläuft die Lösung so, dass sie in der Regel nur im unteren äußeren Gehörgang wirksam werden kann.
