2 Description

The invention relates to a water purifier for garden ponds and swimming pools, in particular for dirty bottoms. Garden pond cleaners of the type described are known which, according to the state of the art, are connected to the tap via a hose to the domestic water supply. These garden pond cleaners work on the principle of negative pressure. The incoming tap water creates a negative pressure and sucks the dirt from bottom to top. This is then pressed through a filter bag. The disadvantage is that the water becomes dirty and the suction power is too low, especially in shallow water, where hardly any negative pressure and thus suction effect is generated.

The innovation therefore uses a high-pressure cleaner with a pressure output of 100 bar or more to generate the negative pressure for the garden pond cleaner, which is found in many households today, in order to generate a strong negative pressure via the nozzle in the pond cleaner, but on the other hand to generate an additional, more intensive cleaning effect via an additional, lower, adjustable nozzle. The high-pressure cleaner also significantly reduces fresh water consumption and thus saves costs. The high pressure can also be used to clean shallow bodies of water or shower trays or children's paddling pools, for example.

The invention is based on the object of creating a pond cleaner of the type mentioned at the beginning so that an increased and faster cleaning power is achieved. According to the invention, the object is achieved by the features of the main claim, the subclaims show further advantageous embodiments of the invention.

Experience has shown that at least one nozzle is installed in the cleaner housing to generate negative pressure. A favorable further development provides for additional nozzles, also adjustable ones, e.g. to intensively clean the floor to be vacuumed. The housing can also be designed so that the suction head is interchangeable, e.g. square or oval, smaller or larger and movable. The brush ring can also be designed to be interchangeable. By using an extension rod with a hose on the cleaner housing, the dirty water can be returned to the pond via a separate garden pond filter or septic tank. The brush head is designed so that a sieve can be used to prevent fish from being sucked in or caught, for example. If the sieve is removed, leaves and larger contaminants can of course also be vacuumed up.

The invention is explained below using an exemplary embodiment.

The high-pressure water cleaner according to the invention comprises a suction housing with a connection thread for an extension rod and hose 1 in which at least 1 nozzle with a high-pressure connection is mounted 2, a variable joint for adjustment to the floor is present 3, with an exchangeable suction nozzle 4, and an exchangeable brush attachment with filter sieve 5, plus the control for the lower nozzle 6, and a high-pressure nozzle at the top 7, and a high-pressure nozzle at the bottom 8. The high-pressure water cleaner can be made of transparent or non-transparent plastic, for example.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment shown, but rather a variety of possible variations and modifications arise within the scope of the invention.

Claims (8)

High-pressure garden pond cleaner with a housing ( 1 ), characterized in that at least one high-pressure nozzle ( 6 ) with a high-pressure connection and thread for dirty water is arranged in the housing. 2. High-pressure garden pond cleaner according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one further high-pressure nozzle ( 8 ) is installed downwards, which is also designed as an adjustable nozzle ( 7 ). 3. High-pressure garden pond cleaner according to claim 1 to 2 with a housing ( 1 ), characterized in that this housing ( 1 ) can be equipped with a variable joint ( 3 ). 4. High-pressure garden pond cleaner according to claim 1 to 3, characterized in that the housing ( 1 ) is designed, for example, with a thread for fastening a hose connection, filter bag or extension. 5. High-pressure garden pond cleaner according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the high-pressure nozzles ( 6 ) + ( 8 ) have a high-pressure connection ( 2 ) which is designed, for example, as a thread. 6. High-pressure garden pond cleaner according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that it can be equipped with an exchangeable suction nozzle ( 4 ). 7. High-pressure garden pond cleaner according to claims 1 to 6, characterized in that it can be equipped with a replaceable brush attachment ( 5 ). 8. High-pressure garden pond cleaner according to claim 1 to 7, characterized in that the suction nozzle ( 4 ) can be equipped with a grid or filter.
