B. am Schwimmbeckenrand oder außerhalb des Schwimmbeckens an einem Geländer oder bei stehenden oder fließenden Gewässer an einem Baum oder Pfahl festlegbar ist und mit dem anderen Ende in geeigneter Art und Weise, z. B. benutzerdefiniert, am Schwimmer oberhalb der Kniegelenke lösbar befestigt wird. 1.
