The invention relates to a carrying bag, in particular a shoulder bag, according to the preamble of claim 1

Such carrying bags are well known. In particular, carrying bags are available under the name "body bags", which are specially designed for storing items for small children such as diapers, a changing table, dirt bags and bottle protectors. The carrying bags are usually characterized by a special interior division of the bag space, which makes the aforementioned items particularly easy to store. The "body bags" are usually made of a washable material so that dirt can be easily removed.

A changing mat designed for changing a small child is stored as a separate item in the bag and can be taken out and rolled up or unfolded when needed. However, the changing mat can be lost or forgotten and takes up space in the bag.

The object of the present invention is therefore to propose a carrying bag with which it is no longer necessary to carry a separate changing mat.

This object is achieved by a carrying bag with the features according to claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the carrying bag are the subject of the dependent claims.

The carrying bag according to the invention is designed in such a way that it can be unfolded and spread out flat to form a changing mat. For this purpose, parts that delimit the bag space, namely a front part, a back part and two side parts as well as a base part, can be spread out flat so that a small child can be laid on the inside of the bag for changing. A separate changing mat is therefore no longer necessary.

In a preferred embodiment, openable connecting means are provided in the transition areas between the two side parts and the front part on the one hand and the base part on the other. When the carrying bag is folded up, i.e. not spread out, the connecting means ensure that the bag has a predetermined shape on the one hand and that the bag space is stably limited and that the carrying bag does not open on its own. The openable connecting means are preferably zippers, Velcro fasteners, snap fasteners, hooks or similar means. The aforementioned means can be opened easily and quickly and, when closed, have the stability required for the carrying bag.

In order to be able to use the changing mat on hard surfaces, the front and/or back and/or bottom parts are provided with a padding material, in particular filled or made of such a material. As a side effect, this protects fragile or sensitive objects in the bag from knocks, bumps, etc.

In a preferred embodiment, a surface part is hinged to at least one side part. This surface part serves to accommodate, stow or hold utensils, in particular diaper changing utensils. For this purpose, a surface part has at least one pocket and/or loop or (plug-in) tab in which, for example, diapers or a baby bottle can be accommodated.

To carry the carrying bag over your shoulder, a one- or two-part shoulder strap is preferably provided, which in the latter case can comprise a first strap section and a second strap section. The first strap section is attached to the upper end of the carrying bag, the second strap section is attached to one side of the bag in the lower area thereof. When slung over your shoulder, the first strap section can thus be placed around a person's shoulder and connected to the second strap section, which extends laterally around the person's waist at approximately belt height. The connection can preferably be made by means of one or more Velcro fasteners, snap fasteners, hooks or similar means. A separate pocket can be attached to the shoulder strap as a holder or to hold keys, a wallet or, in particular, a mobile phone.

In order to be able to close the carrying bag completely when folded and to prevent objects from falling out of the bag, a lid is preferably attached to the upper edge of the back of the carrying bag. The lid can also be made in one piece with the back.

To close the carrying bag, the lid can be folded over the front part and connected to it with a Velcro fastener, snap fastener, hook, zipper or similar means.

Since the surface can become dirty when changing a small child, the carrying bag is preferably made of a washable material, especially plastic, artificial leather or impregnated textile.

A preferred cut for the carrying bag is approximately T-shaped, with the web of the T-shaped cut defining the back, bottom and front parts and the two side arms defining the side parts of the carrying bag and, if applicable, the surface parts hinged to them.

Preferably, the bridge is extended beyond the two side arms around the lid of the carrying bag so that the cut-out has approximately the shape of a cross.

In Fig. 1, a carrying bag 10 is shown in perspective view with an open shoulder strap, which comprises a first strap section 11 and a second strap section 12. To fold the bag, proceed in the reverse order of Figures 1 to 5: First, the two surface parts 19, 19 ^λ are folded onto the inside of the back part 22. Then the front part 14 is folded onto the two surface parts 19, 19 ^λ ; to fix the carrying bag 10, the two zippers 17, 17 ^λ are then closed. Finally, the lid 16 is placed over the front part 14 and connected to it using the Velcro fastener 18, 18 ^λ . In the folded or collapsed state, the carrying bag 10 can be carried on the back using the shoulder strap, consisting of the first strap section 11 and the second strap section 12. Other carrying methods are of course also conceivable, for example using two shoulder straps like on a backpack, or a handle like on a handbag.

Fig. 5 shows a top view of the inside of the carrying bag 10 shown in perspective in Fig. 1 and spread out as a changing mat. The padded surface intended as a changing mat is shown hatched in this figure and is essentially formed by the back part 22, the base part 23 and the front part 14. In plan view, the spread out carrying bag 10 without lid 16 has a cut that is approximately T-shaped. The web 27 is formed by the back part 22, the base 23 and the front part 14. The arms 28 and 28' of the T-shaped cut are each defined by the side parts 15 and 15' and, if applicable, the surface parts 19 and 19' hinged to them. With the lid 16, which is clearly attached to the upper edge of the back part 22, in particular sewn on, the plan view of the cut of the carrying bag 10 is approximately cross-shaped.

To produce the carrying bag 10, for example, the back part 22, the base part 23 and the front part 14 can be made in one piece from a two-layered and washable material such as plastic film. A padding layer, for example a foam, a fleece or a material with similar damping or springy properties, is inserted between the two-layered material. The side parts 15, 15' are sewn onto the left and right of the back part 22. The side parts 15 and 15' consist of the same two-layered material as the back part, base part and front part, but without padding. The surface part 19, 19' is sewn onto the two side parts 15, 15' to form an articulated connection. The material and structure of the surface parts 19, 19' ^correspond to the material and structure of the side parts 15, 15'.

A part 18 of the Velcro fastener for connecting the lid 16 and the front part 14 and for closing the carrying bag 10 is sewn and/or glued onto the inside of the lid 15. The part 18 ^&lgr; complementary to the part 18 of the Velcro fastener (see Fig. 2) is sewn and/or glued onto the outside of the front part 14.

Fig. 6 shows a plan view of the outside of the unfolded carrying bag 10 shown in Fig. 4. This figure shows that the first strap section 11 of the shoulder strap is sewn between the back part 22 and the lid 16. The second strap section 12 of the shoulder strap is sewn to one side of the back part 22 and partially to the bottom part 23, so that when the carrying bag 10 is slung over the shoulder, this part of the shoulder strap is approximately at belt height.

Of course, all parts of the carrying bag can also be made in one piece. For a particularly simple embodiment of the carrying bag, it is conceivable, for example, to cut the outline of the blank shown in Fig. 5 and 6 out of a preferably washable material such as plastic, artificial leather or an impregnated textile and to attach zippers, snap fasteners, hooks or Velcro strips in such a way that the front part 14 can be fixed to the side parts 15, 15 * and/or to the wing parts 19, 19 ^�Lgr;.

Claims (11)

Carrying bag ( 10 ), in particular a shoulder bag, with a front part ( 14 ), a back part ( 22 ), two side parts ( 15 , 15 ') and a base part ( 23 ), characterized in that the parts ( 14 , 15 , 15 ', 22 , 23 ) delimiting the bag space can be spread out flat to form a changing mat. 2.
