Dabei ist das obere Ende des Klemmstücks 8 der Form des oberen Rahmens der Schutzhülle 2 angepaßt; dessen unteres Ende 12 trägt einen angebrachten Achsstift 13, der in das erste Verbindungsloch 14 an der dritten Seitenwand 3 und an der vierten Seitenwand 4 eingesetzt wird. Daher halten die Klemmstücke dieses fest, wie dick das Mobiltelefon 19 auch sein mag. Der Basisrahmen 10, dessen äußerer Rahmen 16 wie ein umgekehrtes "U" geformt ist, verbindet diesen mit dem inneren Rahmen 17 - in Form eines kleineren, lagerichtigen U - unter einem geeigneten Winkel, so daß das Gewicht des Mobiltelefons 19 getragen wird. Insbesondere ist der innere Rahmen 17 gegenüber der Ebene des äußeren Rahmens 16 um den genannten Winkel geneigt. Der Winkel ist insbesondere derart bemessen, daß - wie in Fig. 5D gezeigt - das Mobiltelefon 19 in der Halterungsposition praktisch parallel zu der Ebene der Schutzhülle 2 angeordnet ist. Daher ist der innere Rahmen 17 praktisch senkrecht zur Ebene der Schutzhülle 2. Claims

An improved structure of a mobile phone mount for use in a car, comprising:
two clamping pieces at one end which are adapted to the shape of an upper frame of a protective cover, which has at the other end a respective axle pin which is inserted into first connecting holes on the third side wall and on the fourth side wall; the clamping pieces are connected by a connecting rod so that the two clamping pieces can be moved together; on said clamping pieces there are a connecting flange and an "L"-shaped connecting recess which contacts a driver of the base frame and is displaced by the weight of the mobile phone; and
a base frame including an outer frame shaped like an inverted "U" extending to an inner frame shaped like a smaller, positionally correct "U" and connected to it at a suitable angle so that the weight of the mobile phone is supported; on the outer frame two axle pins are attached to a driver which are inserted into the second connecting holes on the third side wall and on the fourth side wall and which at the same time secure the connecting recess of the clamping pieces in their correct position; on the circumference of the axle pins are some wings which cooperate with the driver so that the clamping pieces are displaced so that the mobile phone is held; the driver has a central axle pin and some wings on the circumference of the axle pin which contact the connecting flange of the clamping pieces so that the clamping pieces are carried along so that the mobile phone is displaced to a predetermined position and held there.
