Bekannt ist in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere ein Wischmop-Wasch- und -Auswringsystem, bei welchem der Auswringeinsatz oben auf den Rand des Eimers aufgesteckt wird. Der Auswringeinsatz ist in Form eines länglichen Korbes ausgeführt. In jeder der beiden Seitenwände ist eine Walze drehbar gelagert. Die beiden Seitenwände sind im Bereich des Bodens des Auswringeinsatzes miteinander verbunden. Auf diese Weise sind sie geringfügig nach außen verformbar, wordurch die beiden Walzen elastisch gegeneinander vorgespannt sind. Die Walzen sind dabei oberhalb des Randes des Eimers angeordnet. Dies ist ein erster bedeutender Unterschied zum Wischmop-Wasch- und -Auswringsystem gemäß dem Stand der Technik; denn bei diesem sind die beiden Walzen nicht endseitig sondern vielmehr über die Länge verteilt an drei Stellen gelagert. Überdies zeichnet sich das erfindungsgemäße Wischmop-Wasch- und -Auswringsystem dadurch aus, daß mindestens eine der Walzen in den beiden Lagerteilen seitwärts verschiebbar gelagert ist, wobei jedem der beiden Lagerteile eine Federeinrichtung zugeordnet ist, welche die seitwärts verschiebbar gelagerte Walze gegen die andere Walze vorspannt.
