Container, in particular a folding box, with a lid for receiving a solid, in particular tablet-shaped or granular, product, the container having a casing with an upper cover wall ( 7 ) and an opposite bottom wall ( 2 ), a front wall ( 3 ) and an opposite rear wall ( 1 ) as well as two opposite side walls ( 11 , 12 ), the lid comprising the cover wall ( 7 ) which is hinged to the upper edge ( 4 ) of the rear wall ( 1 ), and lid side walls ( 71 , 72 , 73 ) which, when the lid is closed, run parallel to the side walls ( 11 , 12 ) and the front wall ( 3 ), characterized in that the cover wall ( 7 ) is connected to the upper edge ( 4 ) of the rear wall ( 1 ) via a tab ( 5 , 6 ) and the tab ( 5 , 6 ) is designed as a carrying handle.

2. Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the tab ( 5 , 6 ) is double-layered.

3. Container according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tab ( 5 , 6 ) has a central punched-out portion ( 51 , 61 ).

Container according to claim 1, characterized in that the tab ( 5 , 6 ) is designed in two layers, wherein one layer ( 5 ) has a central punched-out portion ( 51 ) and the other layer ( 6 ) has a further tab ( 62 ) which can be pushed through and bent through the punched-out portion ( 51 ) of the one layer ( 5 ).

5. Container according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tab ( 5 , 6 ) extends substantially over the entire length of the upper edge ( 4 ) of the rear wall ( 1 ).

6. Container according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tab ( 5 , 6 ), in particular with adhesive dots ( 8 , 8 ', 9 , 9 '), is detachably attached to the outside of the rear wall ( 1 ) or preferably to the outside of the top wall ( 7 ).

7. Container according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the container consists entirely of cardboard.

8. Blank for forming a container according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the blank comprises a top wall panel ( 7 ), a bottom wall panel ( 2 ), a front wall panel ( 3 ), a rear wall panel ( 1 ) and lid side wall panels ( 71 , 72 , 73 ) and the top wall panel ( 7 ) is connected to the rear wall panel ( 1 ), characterized in that the top wall panel ( 7 ) is connected to the rear wall panel ( 1 ) via a tab panel ( 5 , 6 ).

9. Blank according to claim 8, characterized in that the tab panel ( 5 , 6 ) consists of two panels which are connected to one another via a fold line ( 10 ) running parallel to the connection line with the rear wall panel ( 1 ).

10. Blank according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the tab panel ( 5 , 6 ) has at least one handle cutout ( 51 , 61 ).
