Die Erfindung die ich als Gebrauchsmuster anmelden möchte bezieht sich auf das Gebiet der Schuhe, bzw. auf das Gebiet der Schuhverschlüße und auch auf die des Schuhschmucks. In der Gebrauchsmusterkartei des Patentamtes von Berlin habe ich unter der Nummer A43 &Ogr;&Igr; 1/0 ein Gebrauchsmuster gefunden, welches wie folgt beschrieben wird: "Austauschbarer Schuhverschluß, gekennzeichnet durch eine Kombination eines Schnürsenkelverschlußes mit einem Klettverschluß." Die Idee meines Systems hat den Vorteil daß, im Vergleich zum oben genannten Gebrauchsmuster, keine Kombination von Schnürsenkelverschluß und Klettverschuß nötig ist um den Schuh am Fuß zu befestigen. Die Neuartigkeit meines Systems ist, daß der Träger des Schuhs die Möglichkeit hat den Schuh, mit Hilfe der Befestigungslaschen/ Schmucklaschen, zu gestalten bzw. die Laschen miteinander zu kombinieren. Der Träger wird durch dieses System flexibler was sein äußeres Erscheinungsbild angeht, denn er kann den Schuh, durch die verschieden Befestigungslaschen an sein Outfit anpassen was bei herkömmlichen Schuhen nicht möglich ist. Der Träger des Schuhs benötigt somit eigentlich nur noch ein Paar Schuhe welche er dann mit den Befestigungs- bzw. Schmucklaschen gestalten kann. Dies ist ein großer Vorteil gegenüber herkömmlichen Schuhen. Weiterhin hat der Träger die Möglichkeit den Schuh zu schnüren und ihn mit den Befestigungs- bzw. Schmucklaschen am Fuß zu befestigen, was auch ein großer Vorteil gegenüber herkömmlichen Schuhen ist, denn durch die Laschen wird der Schuh geschmückt und durch die Schnürsenkel wird der Schuh am Fuß befestigt. Die Idee meines Systems ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Befestigungslaschen (siehe Figur I, &Pgr;, &Igr;&Pgr;; 1,1a), die den Schuh am Fuß befestigen, nach Geschmack und Bedarf austauschen und miteinander kombinieren kann. Die Laschen können durch Ösen, Haken, Ringe, einfache Schlitze oder sonstige Öffnungsmöglichkeiten (2) entfernt und ausgetauscht werden. Das System ist unabhängig von Anzahl, Formgebung, Breite, Größe, Material und Farbe der Befestigungslaschen anwendbar. Um den Fuß einen sicheren Halt im Schuh zu geben müssen als erstes die Befestigungslaschen (siehe Figur I, II; 1,1a) durch die Ösen (2) gezogen werden. Die Ösen befinden sich im Obermaterial des Schuhs über der Schuhzunge. Durch das Umklappen von A auf B wird die Lasche (1) durch einen oder mehrere Druckknöpfe, durch einen Klettverschluß oder sonstige Befestigungsmöglichkeiten am Schuh befestigt (siehe Figur I). Man kann den Schuh auch nur mit einer schmalen Lasche am Fuß befestigen, dann sollte der restliche Teil des Schuhs jedoch mit Schnürsenkeln, Knöpfen,

Man kann dieses System auch bei Sandalen bzw. bei offenen Schuhen verwenden, bei denen es keine Möglichkeit gibt, die Laschen, durch die Ösen, im Obermaterial des Schuhs zu befestigen. Ein weiteres Merkmal dieses Systems ist, daß die beim Tragen sichtbare, obere Seite der Lasche (siehe Figur I, II; 4) verschiedene Farben, Formen und Oberflächenstrukturen haben, und aus jeder Art von Materialien bestehen kann, wie zum Beispiel Lack, Leder, Fell, Horn, Plastik, Netz, Wolle, Plüsch, Gummi, Metall, Schaumstoff, Pappe, Papier und aus Stoffen aller Art.
