Description
Die vorliegende Neuerung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur maschinellen Zubereitung von Warmgetränken, wie insbesondere von flüssiger Babynahrung.The present innovation relates to a device for the mechanical preparation of hot drinks, in particular liquid baby food.
Babyflaschen werden herkömmlich so vorbereitet, daß man diese mit den ge- " wünschten Mengen an Pulver und warmem, etwa die Körpertemperatur aufweisendem Wasser füllt und so lange schüttelt, bis sich das Pulver gelöst hat. Die Dosierung des Pulvers in der gewünschten bzw. erforderlichen Menge kann vorteilhaft mit einem Rotationsorgan geschehen, das pro Umdrehung eine definierte Menge an Pulver ausbringt. Ein Zählwerk beendet dabei den Fördervorgang aus dem Vorratsbehälter in den Mischer nach Erreichen der Umdrehungszahl, d.h. nachdem sich im Mischer die eingestellte Menge befindet. Das zum Freispülen verwendete Wasser wird zur Herstellung der Endkonzentration im Fläschchen verwendet, so daß kein Auffangbehälter für Spülwasser erforderlich ist.The mixer is equipped with a stirrer in a particularly simple way. Die Vorrichtung besteht aus dem Gehäuse 1, in dem ein Vorratsbehälter 2 für das aufzulösende Pulver und ein Tank 3 für das vorgehaltene Wasser untergebracht sind. Der Vorratsbehälter 2 weist bodenseitig einen Trichter 12 auf, der das Pulver einer Dosierungseinrichtung 4, z.B. einer Zellradschleuse oder einer Förderschnecke zuführt, die in einen Mischer 9 mündet. Die Dosiereinrichtung wird von einem Schalter 8 in Gang gesetzt, der ein Zählwerk aufweist und nach den erforderlichen Umdrehungen, d.h. dem Erreichen der erforderlichen Menge abschaltet. Gleichzeitig oder insbesondere danach setzt dieser Schalter die im Tank 3 befindliche Pumpe 5 sowie deren Heizung 6 in Gang, um ebenfalls Wasser in den Mischer 9 zu fördern. Die Heizung ist dabei zum Ausgleich von Wärmeverlusten auf eine entsprechende Übertemperatur eingestellt.
