Description
Die Erfindung betrifft Transportdämmpäckchen zum Schützen von Transportgütern in Transportverpackungen, bestehend aus kleinteüigen Füllmaterialien und einer die Füllmaterialien aufnehmenden Außenhülle.The invention relates to transport insulation packages for protecting transport goods in transport packaging, consisting of small-particle filling materials and an outer shell that accommodates the filling materials.
Aus der EP 0 453 746 Al ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines kleinteiligen Verpackungsmaterials zum Ausfüllen von Hohlräumen in Transportverpackungen bekannt, welches allerdings nicht zweckmäßig sind, da besonders schwer und daher teuer im Transport. Das dort offenbarte Transportdämmpäckchen ist unvorteilhaft, da die Außenhülle platzten kann und der Inhalt des Transportdämmpäckchens dadurch seine dämmende Wirkung verliert, somit wird der Inhalt der Transportverpackung instabil und verunreinigt durch die losen Papierpartikel den zu verpackenden Gegenstand.EP 0 453 746 A1 discloses a method for producing a small-scale packaging material for filling hollow spaces in transport packaging, which is, however, not practical because it is particularly heavy and therefore expensive to transport. Seit langem werden daher statt dessen sehr häufig Schnipsel in großen Mengen kleinteilig in die Transportverpackung eingefüllt. Wenn die einzelnen Schnipsel zweckmäßig bemessen sind, dann stellt sich in den verbleibenden Hohlräumen der Transportverpackung ein sehr lockeres und instabiles Gefüge dieser Schnipsel ein, das aber gleichwohl die stabile Lage des Transportgutes zu garantieren vermag, wenn die Schnipsel korrekt angewendet werden. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Transportdämmpäckchen zum Schützen von Transportgütern in Transportverpackungen herzustellen, daß diese Mängel nicht besitzt. Ein derartiges Dämmpäckchen soll mehrfach anwendbar sein, und zusätzlich wiederverwertbar, wodurch ein Verwertungskreislauf gebildet werden kann, um die Umwelt zu entlasten. Das Transportdämmpäckchen ist bei gleicher Volumengröße extrem leichter als andere Transportschutzmethoden aus z.B. Papier (EP 0 453 746 Al), wodurch weniger Kosten beim Transport von zu schützenden Gütern entstehen. Das Transportdämmpäckchen ist durch seine Flexibilität sehr anschmiegsam und paßt sich gut den zu schützenden Zonen an. Die Außenhülle besteht vorteilhaft aus künstlichem reißfesten Material, ist vorteilhaft gelocht, sie kann thermisch verklebt oder über Klebstoffe für künstliches Material verklebt werden. Das erfindungsgemäße Transportdämmpäckchen bietet somit einige Vorteile gegenüber den herkömmlichen Verpackungsmethoden. So können die Füllmaterialien des Transportdämmpäckchens in großem Umfang aus verwerteten künstlichen, und oder natürlichen Texrilverschnittstücken bestehen. Die mehrfache Verwendung des erfingungsgemäßen Transportdämmpäckchens ist vor allem deshalb leicht zu bewerkstelligen, weil es enorme Flexibilität aufweist, um auch Folgeverpackungen sicher ausfuhren zu können, dies entlastet zusätzlich die Umwelt.
