Claims (1)

Geschützt werden sollen: - Ein Füllapparat, der mittels füllparallelem Ultraschalsensor in Fertigverpackungen dosiert. - Eine Füllmaschine die mittels konstantem Kammervolumen gesteuert in Fertigverpackungen abfüllt - Eine Abfülleinrichtung, die mehrere Produkte gleichzeitig abfüllen und mischen kann. 1. Hauptanspruch
Geschützt werden soll ein Füllapparat, der sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass die Produktdosierung mittels einem füllstandsparallelen Ultraschallsignals erfasst wird. Der Füllapparat wertet das Signal de Sensors als Maß für den Füllstand im Gefäß aus. Er ist durch Vergleich mit einem abgespeicherten Füllstand dazu in der Lage die Füllmenge im Rahmen der Fertigverpackungsordnung einzuhalten.
1. Nebenanspruch
Der Abfüllautomat kann mittels einer Servopumpe mit Inkrementaalgeber volumetrisch genau in Fertigverpackungen dosieren. Der Apparat dosiert mittels des bekannten Kammervolumens der Pumpe eine pro Umdrehung konstante Menge Flüssigkeit in die Verpackung. (Fig. 1 und 2)
2. Nebenanspruch
Der Abfüllautomat kann mittels eines Mehrwegekugelhahns mehrere Produkte abfüllen. Er kann aus drei angeschlossenen Produkten wählen, oder diese sogar mischen. (Fig. 3)

Der Hauptanspruch wird um die Kombination der Nebenansprüche zwei und Drei erweitert. Der Abfüllautomat befüllt das Gefäß mittels Pumpe und Mehrwegekugelhahn. (Fig. 4)
