Der Grundgedanke ist es Kinder, Jugendliche, Frauen und ältere hilfsbedürftige Menschen die sich in ausweglosen Notsituationen befinden, innerhalb kürzester Zeit helfen zu können, durch die Möglichkeit den genauen Standort exakt zu bestimmen und so gezielt Hilfe zu aiarmieren.The basic idea is to be able to help children, young people, women and elderly people in need of help who find themselves in hopeless emergency situations within the shortest possible time by being able to determine their exact location precisely and thus provide targeted assistance.

Das Gerät sollte einer Armbanduhr ähnlich sein. Man könnte es uch in Form eines Amulettes oder einer Gürtelschnalle fertigen. Wichtig dabei ist, daß im Notfall das Gerät am Körper bleibt. Die Aktivierung sollte mit einer Sollbruchstelle im Armband, der Kette oder dem Gürtel erfolgen. Reißt man z.B. am Armband der Uhr so wird der Kontakt freigegeben. Das Gerät ermittelt die Position und sendet dies an die Notfallzentrale die umgehend reagieren kann.The device should be similar to a wristwatch.
