Nun schlüpft die Person mit dem Oberkörper durch den Tragriemen des Geschirrs, die eine Hand hält den Griff, die andere die Oberkante der Platte. Die Person, die sich in einer leichten Hockstellung befindet, steht dann auf. Claims

1. A carrying harness for transporting sheet goods, which consists of a metal bracket and an adjustable carrying strap with shoulder protection, characterized in that the U-shaped metal bracket ( 1 ) has at its ends ( 2 ) one or more L-shaped claws ( 3 ) which are provided with a protective coating ( 4 ) and that the metal bracket ( 1 ) has a spacer ( 5 ) which simultaneously represents hand protection and reinforcement, and has two eyelets ( 6 ) on both sides which serve to attach the carrying strap ( 7 ).
