Bei derartigen bekannten Leimauftrags-Vorrichtungen erfolgt das Andrükken der Wellpappe-Bahn gegen die Leim-Aufiragswalze mittels Andrückwalzen oder Andrückschuhen. Dies birgt die Gefahr in sich, daß bei nicht exaktem Rundlauf der Andrückwalze die Wellpappe-Bahn unterschiedlich stark gegen die Auftragswalze angedrückt wird und damit eine unterschiedliche Beleimung der Spitzen der gewellten Papierbahn erfolgt. Es ist außerordentlich schwierig, den Spalt zwischen der Andrückwalze und der Leim-Auftragswalze über die volle Walzenbreite exakt einzustellen. Die Höhenverstellung der Andrückwalze bei Änderung der Papierqualität oder bei Änderung der Flute ist aufwendig. Die Gefahr einer Quetschung der einzelnen Wellen der gewellten Papierbahn ist verhältnismäßig groß, da nur eine Linienanlage der gewellten Papierbahn an der Auftragswalze gegeben ist.
