Description

Die Bitumenfolie wird dabei der Schneidpresse als Band zugeführt. Die ausgeschnittenen Stanzteile werden bei vielen Anlagen von Hand nach dem Ausschneiden entgittert und der Schneidpresse entnommen. Es sind jedoch auch schon Schneidpressen bekannt geworden, bei denen das Schneidwerkzeug nach dem Schneiden mit den dabei durch Unterdruck an ihm gehaltenen Stanzteilen in eine seitliche Position fährt und dort die Stanzteile ablegt. Durch diese automatische Abführung der Stanzteile vermindert sich allerdings die Leistungsfähigkeit der Schneidpresse, weil das Schneidwerkzeug während des Verfahrens und Ablegens der Stanzteile nicht für weitere Schneidarbeiten zur Verfugung steht.Cutting presses of the above type are used, for example, to cut soundproofing parts out of bitumen foil, which are then glued to the bodywork of motor vehicles. Fährt man die Werkzeugeinheit 11 in ihre strichpunktiert dargestellte linke Position, dann gelangt das Schneidwerkzeug 10 oberhalb des Pressentisches 1 und das Schneidwerkzeug 9 oberhalb der Ablage 8. Das Schneidwerkzeug 9 kann deshalb frisch ausgeschnittene Stanzteile 6 zur Ablage 8 transportieren und dort ablegen, während der Schneidhub erfolgt.
