Die Neuerungen bestehen in der eigenthümlichen Anordnung des Fräsers an seinem Träger, durch welchen man im Stande ist, verhältnifsmäfsig dickere Platten durchzuschneiden, als es bei den bis jetzt gebräuchlichen Fräsern möglich war, ferner in der Art und Weise der Uebertragung der rotirenden Bewegung auf den Fräser durch Anwendung des Fräsers als Zahnrad.The innovations consist in the peculiar arrangement of the milling cutter on its carrier, through which one is able to cut through plates comparatively thicker than that was possible with the milling cutters commonly used up to now, and also in the manner of transmission the rotating movement on the milling cutter by using the milling cutter as a gear.
