Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Anbringung eines Verschlusses an Stöcken, Schirmen und ähnlichen Gegenständen, welcher das Anheften und Aufbewahren eines Billets gestattet.The invention relates to the attachment of a closure to sticks, umbrellas and similar items which permit the pinning and storage of a ticket.
