Schicht zwischen den beiden Stofflagen des Stegs dichtet das Höschen nach unten ab. Um das auch nachts getragene Höschen
besonders luftig und leicht zu machen, besteht die Neuerung aus einem Rascheltüll, der von wenigen Gummifaden durchzogen
ist. Dabei ist die Zahl der Gummifaden so knapp bemessen, daß der Tüll gerade noch rüscht, wenn er gedämpft wird. Dieser
appretfreie und nur am fertigen Höschen feuchtheiß nachbehandelte Tüll ist weich und geschmeidig und so großporig offen,
daß er unspürbar und luftdurchlässig anliegt. Zusammenwirkend mit einem langzügigen Gummiband, das bis auf den dünnen Annährand
ringsum durch synthetisches Kräuselgarn gepolstert ist, sorgt der rüschende Tüll für druckfreien, aber dichten Beinabschluß.
