Niedenstraße 11 - I9. Bezeichnung: Von einer Unterlage ablösbare Intarsie aus Metall zur
Kennzeichnung oder Ausschmückung von Gegenständen
aller Art.
Die angemeldeten Intarsien sind dtinnflächige Gebilde aus Metall, die auf Gegenständen aller Art angebracht werden sollen und können, zu deren Kennzeichnung oder Ausschmückung, - also etwa Namen, Warenzeichen oder schmückende Formgebilde. Sie sind durch eine Unterlage aus Papier zu Bögen zusammengefaßt, auf denen sie zwar durch den auf ihrer Rückseite befindlichen Klebstoff haften, von der sie aber andererseits - Jede Intarsie einzeln - leicht gelöst werden können. Die einzelne Intarsie haftet auf dem Gegenstand, auf dem sie angebracht wird, durch einfaches Auflegen, also ohne daß entweder die Intarsie oder der Gegenstand vorher noch mit Klebstoff oder Flüssigkeit oder überhaupt in irgendeiner Weise behandelt werden muß, damit die Intarsie haftet.
Die neue Gestaltung, Anordnung oder Torrichtung, welche dem Arbeits- oder Gebrauchszweck dienen soll, liegt einmal in der Zusammenfassung der einzelnen Intarsien auf der Papierunterlage zu Bögen, wodurch die Aufbewahrung und Verwendungsmöglichkeit der Intarsien leichter und übersichtlicher ist als wenn man einen Vorrat einzelner loser Intarsien hat. Ferner ist das Metall, aus den die Intarsien hergestellt sind, auf der Rückseite mit einem Klebstoff versehen, so daß die Intarsie wie beschrieben ohne weitere Behandlung der Intarsie oder des Gegenstandes auf diesem durch bloßes Auflegen haftet.
