Abstract

According to the invention, systems for dispensing drinks such as mineral water (1) are equipped with a sterilisation device such as a heating device, a blow-out device, a radiation device, a drying device, a liquid- or gas-washing device or a combination of two or more of these. For example, each time the tap is used, the outlet pipe (6) can be washed afterwards with a gas, especially carbon dioxide, for a set period of time and then preferably dried. Drying the outlet pipe or parts of the distribution system prevents the dispensing system from becoming contaminated.
