Unter der Marke Locron® der Hoechst AG, Frankfurt/FRG, befindet sich beispielsweise ein Aluminiumchlorhydrat im Handel, das der Formel [Al2(OH)5Cl].2,5 H2O entspricht und dessen Einsatz besonders bevorzugt ist [vgl. J. Pharm. Pharmacol. 26, 531 (1975)].
