Überraschender Weise haben sich durch die Kombination der beiden natürlichen Heilmittel in dem erfindungsgemäßen Herstellungsverfahren neue und vorteilhafte Eigenschaften der nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Substanz ergeben: Für die Herstellung der neuen therapeutisch wirksamen Substanz ist zunächst von Bedeutung, daß die Blätter der Aloe-Pflanze gründlich zerkleinert und anschließend die groben Bestandteile entfernt werden. Hierdurch entsteht ein homogener Saft, in dem die wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe unverändert und gut zugänglich erhalten sind. Der so vorbereitete Saft läßt sich sehr gut mit dem Bienenhonig mischen, so daß wiederum ein homogenes Gemisch entsteht, welches mit dem hochprozentigen Ethanol versetzt werden kann. Dabei ist von besonderer Bedeutung, daß der Ethanol eine Konzentration von mindestens 90 Gew.-% aufweist, damit eine möglichst vollständige Extraktion der wertvollen Inhaltsstoffe gewährleistet ist. Für die therapeutische Wirkung entscheidend ist schließlich die abschließende Lagerung für mindestens 5 Tage unter dichtem Verschluß, beispielsweise in einer verschlossenen Flasche, wobei hier unter den extrahierten Inhaltsstoffen möglicherweise chemische Reaktionen oder Umbildungen stattfinden, die für die spätere Wirkung der Substanz verantwortlich sind.
