Description

Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Aufbewahren, Bereitstellen und Transportieren von Gütern, insbesondere Sterilisiergut.The innovation relates to a device for storing, providing and transporting goods, in particular items to be sterilized.

Es sind Durchlauf-Sterilisationsanlagen bekannt, welchen das Sterilisiergut auf Rollbahnen oder Transportbändern zugeführt und von welchen es ebenso wieder auf Rollbahnen oder Transportbändern abgeführt wird. Das zu sterilisierende Gut wird unmittelbar vor der Anlage in Behälter gefüllt, die der Rollbahn angepasst sind. Die Behälter mit dem Sterilisiergut durchlaufen die Sterilisieranlage und werden nach deren Verlassen wieder entleert. Das nunmehr sterile Gut wird zunächst an der Entladestelle gestapelt und je nach Bedarf an den Bereitstellungsort gebracht. Dieser Arbeitsablauf erfordert viel Zeit, da das Sterilisiergut mehrfach umgepackt werden muß. Ferner sind beim Auspacken des sterilisierten Gutes besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen notwendig, damit die Sterilität erhalten bleibt. Diese Maßnahmen, sowie die entsprechende gründliche Pflege der Aufbewahrungs- und Bereitstellungsflächen kosten wertvolle Arbeitszeit. Darüber hinaus muß sowohl für diese Regale als auch für die leeren und die vollen Sterilisierbehälter ausreichend Raum zur Verfügung stehen, auch wenn er zeitweise nicht in Anspruch genommen wird, wenn sich Behälter mit Sterilisiergut in der Sterilisieranlage befinden.
