Abstract
Description
In der Hauptanmeldung ist ein Verfahren mit Vorrichtung beschrieben zum Planschleifen von Ziegeln. Plangeschliffene Ziegel, insbesondere Mauerziegel, finden im Bauwesen zu nehmend Eingang wegen der damit verbundenen Einsparungen beim Verlegen. Die bislang verwendeten Maschinen arbeiten mit gegenüberliegenden, rotierenden Topfscheiben, welche gegen die zu schleifenden Ziegelflächen drücken. Dabei werden die Ziegel einzeilig durch diese Maschinen geführt. Bei mehrseitigem oder allseitigem Schleifen solcher Ziegel werden mehrere solcher Schleifmaschinen hintereinander geschaltet, mit dazwischen angeordneten Dreh- und Wendevor richtungen für die zu schleifenden Ziegel.In the main application is a method with a device described for face grinding of bricks. Sodann werden solche Gruppen oder Zeilen ohne dieselben umzugruppieren einer oder mehrerer nachfolgenden Stationen zugeführt, um die noch nicht geschliffenen Seiten zu schleifen oder zu fräsen. Dabei werden rotierende Schleif- oder Frässcheiben in einer oder mehreren anderen Achsen gegenüber der ersteren an die Formlingsflächen heran und entlang geführt. Dadurch können die Seitenflächen sowie die oberen und unteren Seiten der Formlinge geschliffen werden. Die Ziegel (1) werden gruppen- oder zeilenweise mittels einer an sich bekannten Fördereinrichtung (2) zum Beispiel Hubbalkenförderer auf den Schneidtisch (3) befördert oder beweglich gelagert ist. Mittels Spannvorrichtung (4/5) wird die Formlingsgruppe von oben oder von vorne und hinten gespannt. Dies kann z. B. als eine schwenkbare Vorrichtung ausgebildet sein. Je nach Verfahrensweise wird entweder die Schneidwelle (7) oder der Schneidtisch (3) gegen die Ziegel (1) der betreffenden Ziegelgruppe bewegt. So entstehen die vertikalen Schleifflächen an den Ziegeln, die meist die Lagerfugen der Ziegel bilden. Mehrere Schneidscheiben (6) befinden sich auf der Schneidwelle (7). Nach diesem ersten Schleifvorgang, bei dem die Schneidscheiben in den Bereich der jeweils aneinander liegenden Ziegelflächen eingreifen, erfolgt ein weiterer in der zweiten Bearbeitungsstation (11). Dort läuft ein Schleifsupport (12) mit Schleifscheiben (13) und Antriebsmotor (14) quer zur dort mittels Spanneinrichtung (17) gespannten Ziegelgruppe. Letztere wird hier z. B. an ihren beiden Stoßfugenseiten bearbeitet. Gegenüber oder an einer dritten Position angeordnet zeigt das Ausführungsbeispiel einen Support (15) mit Schleifscheibe (16) zur Bearbeitung der oberen Ziegelflächen. Die gegenüberliegende Ziegelfläche kann an gleicher Position oder einer weiteren Station durch Wenden dieser Ziegelgruppe bearbeitet werden. Merkmal dieser erweiterten Erfindung ist, daß ein gruppenweises Behandeln der Ziegel in mehreren Stationen vorgenommen wird, so daß ein vielseitiges maßgenaues Produkt bei hoher Leistung erzielt wird.The bricks ( 1 ) are conveyed in groups or rows by means of a conveyor device ( 2 ) known per se, for example walking beam conveyor, onto the cutting table ( 3 ) or are mounted movably.
