Abstract
Description
Bei einer Kleinkläranlage mit Dreikammersystem läuft das Wasser aus der dritten Kammer in einem Nachklärbehälter. Von hier aus wird das Wasser abgeleitet in einem Graben. In diesem Nachklärbehälter wird mit einem Verdichter in bestimmten Zeitabständen durch ein Leitungssystem Luft eingeblasen. Bei diesem Verdichter handelt es sich um einen Linear verdichter. Durch die eingeblasene Luft werden die Bakterien mit Sauerstoff versorgt. Um den Verdichter in seiner Funktion zu überprüfen, wurde bis her ein Microschalter im Verdichter eingesetzt, welcher bei einen Membranriss im Verdichter betätigt wird und dieser dann durch eine elektrische Schaltung den Verdichter abschalten ließ.In a small sewage treatment plant with a three-chamber system, the water runs out of the third chamber in a clarifier. Wenn der Luftdruck nicht erreicht wird, wird der Verdichter abgeschaltet und der Betreiber wird durch eine blinkende Störungslampe gewarnt. Diese Störung wird durch die elektrische Schaltung solange gespeichert bis der Betreiber die Quittierungstaste gedrückt hat. Somit kann der Betreiber den Fachmann alarmieren und den Fehler beheben lassen.
