Absorbierende Schaum-Textil-Verb-andstoffbahn
Gemäß der französischen Patentschrift 1 165 801, angemeldet am 8. August 1950, hat man bereits Stoffe vorgeschlagen, die sich dadurch auszeichnen, daß sie wenigstens aus zwei Textilgeweben bestehen, ein hydrophiles und ein hydrophobes, wobei die eine ihrer Oberflächen im wesentlichen völlig durch das hydrophobe Textilgewebe gebildet wird. Andererseits hat man kürzlich für die Verwendung als Bekleidung Textilgewebezusammensetzungen auf Kunststoffschaum vorgesehlagen.
Die vorliegende Erfindung beschäftigt sieh mit neuen absorbierenden Schaum-Textil-Verbundstoffen zur therapeutischen,, physiotherapeutischen oder hygienischen Verwendung, die sich dadurch auszeichnen, daß sie aus einem künstlichen Schwammstoff oder einem Kunst-
stoff mit Zellenstruktur bestehen, bei denen wenigstens eine Seite mit einem hydrophoben, aber durchlässigen Textilstoff ausgekleidet ist. Der Textilstoff kann in der Form eines Gewebes, eines gestrickten Stoffes oder eines nicht.gewebten Tuches vorliegen. Als für die Verwirklichung der vorliegenden Erfindung geeignete hydrophobe Textilgewebe kann man Kunststofftextilien auf der Grundlage von SuperpοIyamid, Polyacrylnitril, Polyester, Polyäthylen, Polypropylen, Polyvinylchlorid, Polyvinylidenchlorid, chloriertem Polyvinylchlorid, Mischungen oder Copolymeren dieser Produkte, ebenso wie künstliche oder natürliche Textilgewebe nennen, die einer Behandlung unterzogen worden sind, um sie hydrophob zu machen.
Die für die Herstellung der Textilgewebeoberfläche de-s verwandten Fäden können entweder aus endlosen Fäden, aus Fäden von kurzen Fasern oder aus der Vereinigung, oder Verzwirnung von endlosen Fäden und Feingespinst gebildet werden; sie können aus einem einheitlichen Stoff oder aus verschiedenen Stoffen in inniger Mischung miteinander bestehen.
Als schwammartigen Stoff mit zellenartigem Aufbau kann man Kunstschwammstoffe oder Kunststoffe auf der Grundlage von regenerierter Cellulose, Polyamid, Polyurethan, Polyäthylen, Polyvinylchlorid usw. verwenden, indem man sie evtl. - oder auch, nicht - durch hydrophile Fasern verstärkt. Die obige
Aufzählung der Stoffe soll natürlich nur einen Hinweis geben und die vorliegende Erfindung in keiner leise auf diese. Stoffe beschränken. -
Die Verbindung zwischen dem Textilstoff und dem mit einzelnen Zellen versehenen Stoff kann durch Verschweißen, Verleimen oder Vernähen der beiden schon vorbereiteten Elemente oder durch den Überzug des Textilstoffes mit einer schäumenden Zusammensetzung bewirkt werden. Es ist natürlich wichtig, daß die gewählte Verbindungsart nicht der Durchlässigkeit der Ver bindung aus den zwei Elementen schadet.
Die neuen absorbierenden Arpt±tee=i werden wie folgt verwandt j der hydrophobe Textilstoff wird in Berührung mit der Haut ge-, bracht und lässt wegen der Kapillarität Schweiß, Urin, Blut und andere Flüssigkeiten durch, die anschließend den Stoff mit zellenartigem Aufbau durchtränken und so den Träger vor den Folgen bewahren, die durch die Abkühlung: und die Zersetzung dieser Flüssigkeiten entstehen können,: wenn diese in direkter Berührung mit der Haut bleiben.
Die gemäß der Erfindung hergestellten A9?*ifeei können zur Anfertigung von Windeln: oder. Betten für Kinder, Schweißblättern-, leinene Untertücher, Servietten, Damenbinden, chirurgische Tampons, Bettnässertampons, Unterwäsche, Gürteln und zu allen

analogen hygienischen Verwendungen dienen. Sie können mit einem germiöiden Produkt imprägniert oder durch Anwendung jeder mit ihrer Hatur verträglichen Behandlung sterilisiert . werden.
Die folgenden Beispiele erläutern die Erfindung, ohne sie zu beschränkens
Beispiel 1
Ein gestricktes Gewebe mit Rippen 1/1, hergestellt aus ' Polyvinylchloridfaserfäden der metrischen Zahl 40/2 wurde durch Punktschweißen auf einer biegsamen Schaumfolie von 15 mm Stärke aus Polyvinylchlorid mit offenen.Zellen, vom mittleren Durchmesser 0,5 M- befestigt. Dieser Artikel kann als '-.Windel oder Bettunterlage verwandt werden. Man stellt fest, .-dass er nicht das geringsteGesäß-Erythem oder irgendeine Allergie hervorruft. -
Beispiel 2
Ein doppeltes Jersey-Strickgewebe, hergestellt aus Polyvinylchloridfaserfäden der metrischen Zahl 36/2, wird punktweise auf eine geschmeidige. Schaumfolie von 8 mmYPolyurethan mit offenen Zellen vom mittleren Durchmesser0,3 M geleimt.
Der erhaltene Artikel kann wirksam als leinenes Untertuch verwandt werden, um Öffnungen zu vermeiden.

In der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind 2 vorzugsweise Ausführungsformen der Erfindung dargestellt.
In Figur 1 .ist ein Bahnabschnitt eines absorbierenden "r--1g*emäß der Erfindung dargestellt. In dieser Figur bedeutet 1 ein hydrophobes Gewebe aus Polyvinylchloridfaserfäden, das durch Punktschweißen auf einer biegsamen Schaumfolie 2 aus Polyvinylchlorid befestigt ist.
In Figur 2 ist ein anderer Bahnabschnitt dargestellt, in dem mit 3 ein Jersey-Strickgewebe aus Polyvinylchloridfaserfäden bezeichnet ist, das punktweise auf eine geschmeidige Schaumfolie 4 aus Polyurethan geleimt ist. -

    Absorbierender Schaum-Textil-Yerb-undstoff für hygienische, therapeutische und physiotherapeutische Verwendungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er aus zwei Lagen besteht, einer aus einem hydrophoben Textilgewebe, das dazu bestimmt ist, mit der Haut in Berührung zu kommen, die andere aus künstlichem Stoff oder Kunststoff mit zellenartigem Aufbau, die mitteinander verbunden sind, wobei zu ihrer Verbindung jedes Verfahren verwandt werden kann, das diese Verbindung nicht undurchlässig werden läßt.
