Description
In der Vergangenheit waren Reinraumanzüge in erster Linie dazu bestimmt,
Partikelemissionen, wie z. B. Hautschuppen oder Faserbruchstücke, von Per
sonen in Reinräumen zu vermeiden. Heute sind die Anforderungen weit grö
ßer. Seitdem gasförmige Körperemissionen, wie z. B. NH3 ins Visier genom
men wurden und deren Schädlichkeit erkannt wurde, versucht man auch gas
förmige Körperemissionen zu verhindern. Und so entstand der Reinrauman
zug mit adsorbierenden Eigenschaften.
Die DE 196 34 114.0 beschreibt einen solchen Anzug, bei dem an der Innen
seite des Stoffes, mit Hilfe einer punktförmig aufgetragenen Haftmasse, Ad
sorbentien, insbesondere Aktivkohlekügelchen aufgebracht sind. Um insbe
sondere die NH3-Emission zu unterbinden, ist die Aktivkohle gerne mit einer
Säure imprägniert. Die Phosphorsäureimprägnierung wird aber beim Waschen
ausgewaschen und ein Nachimprägnieren mit Phosphorsaure, in einer wenn
auch spezialisierten Wäscherei, ist nicht unproblematisch. Da zudem Phos
phorsäure als Umweltbelastung angesehen werden muß, wurde auf andere
Imprägnierungen, wie Zitronensäure zurückgegriffen.
Es wurde nun überraschender Weise gefunden, daß wäßrige Zitronensäure
auch ohne Adsorbentien die NH3-Emission unterbindet. Anscheinend bietet
die große Oberfläche der Mikrofasern eine ausreichende Kontaktfläche, um
NH3 vollständig zu absorbieren. Vorteilhaft ist auch, daß das Nachimprägnie
ren nach dem Waschen problemlos durchführbar ist.
Es ist naheliegend, daß die Zitronensäure nur NH3 bzw. flüchtige Amine bin
den kann und dabei wie bei jeden Chemisorption mit der Zeit aufgebraucht
wird. Nach dem Waschen läßt sich durch einen Spülgang mit ca. 5-10% Zi
tronensäure die ursprüngliche Kapazität jedoch wieder vollständig herstellen.
Die Kombination mit einer Adsorptionsschicht erlaubt weiter Körperemissionen
zu unterbinden. Dabei kann die Adsorptionsschicht mit der Zitronensäure-im
prägnierten Schicht verbunden sein oder als getrennte Schicht bzw. in Form
eines elastischen Unteranzuges vorliegen. Die letztgenannte Version hat ge
genüber einer Adsorptionsschicht mit einer imprägnierten Aktivkohle den gro
ßen Vorteil, daß eine unimprägnierte Kohle immer eine bessere Adsorptionslei
stung bringt als eine imprägnierte, wenn es sich um eine reine Physiosorption
handelt. Die Imprägnierung stört immer die Zugängigkeit der Poren. Des wei
teren braucht vom verschmutzten Anzug oft nur die äußere Schicht gewa
schen werden.
Claims (2)
1. Reinraumanzug aus luftdurchlässigen, insbesondere wasserdampfdurch
lässigen, partikeldichten Material, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mate
rial mit Zitronensäure imprägniert ist, bzw. nach dem Waschen mit wäßri
ger Zitronensäure nachimprägniert wird.
2. Reinraumanzug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zu
sätzliche Adsorptionsschicht unter der imprägnierten Schicht vorhanden
ist.
