Abstract

A clothes hanger (1) may be drawn into clothes in a single motion. The hanger has a suspension area (3) and at least two branches (6, 11, 15) that carry pieces of clothing. The first branch (6) starts at the suspension area (3) and has first and second sections (6a, 6b) separated by an intermediate gap (7) open on one side. The top sides (6', 11') of the first and second branches (6, 11) form an obtuse angle, in particular of less than 180 DEG , whose apex is located in the suspension area (3). The intermediate gap (7) is designed as a narrow notch (7) or incision (7) between the first and second branch sections (6a, 6b).
