Description
The invention relates to an inflatable bag with pressure equalization for the Rescue objects from deep water.
Sacks that are inflated deeply under water and inflated to the water surface must rise, gas must be released. Because it should be safe represents that the increasing load on the sacks by the growing Pressure difference does not lead to bursting. The permissible pressure difference can be determined by mechanical pressure relief valves are observed. These valves are expensive, must must be maintained and have only a limited flow cross-section. The latter in particular can lead to problems with large bag volumes.
The invention has for its object a ko for an inflatable bag to propose inexpensive and simple pressure equalization.
Die Erfindung löst diese Aufgabe entsprechend den kennzeichnenden Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.The invention solves this problem according to the characterizing features of claim 1.
Advantageous developments of the invention can be found in the subclaims men.
Es zeigt vereinfacht gezeichnet:An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing and will described below. Simplified it shows:
Fig. 1 einen Sackausschnitt von innen im geschlossenen Zustand, Fig. 1 a bag neck from the inside in the closed state,
Fig. 2 den Sackausschnitt nach Fig. 1 mit geöffneten Poren und Fig. 2 shows the bag section of FIG. 1 with open pores and
Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach Fig. 2 entsprechend einem Schnitt III-III. Fig. 3 shows a cross section according to Fig. 2 corresponding to a section III-III.
A wall 1 of an inflated bag, not shown, has a fabric 3 according to FIGS. 1 to 3. The fabric 3 is self-sealing and consists of crosswise woven threads 5 , 6 . The high-strength threads 5 , 6 each have a jacket 7 , 8 made of rubber or an elastic plastic.
According to FIG. 3, an inner pressure pi generated by a gas is applied to an inner surface 10 according to an arrow 11 . On an outer surface 14 there is water 15 which, according to an arrow 17 , is applied with an external pressure pa corresponding to a water depth, not shown.
After the pressure difference between the internal pressure and the external pressure is smaller than the material-specific critical pressure pk, the fabric 3 remains closed according to the formula Δp = pi - pa <pk, see also FIG. 1. Thus, the wall 1 remains gas and waterproof.
If the sack rises in the direction of the water surface (not shown), it rises the internal pressure pi on and the external pressure pa decrease.
Both the weft threads 5 , 7 and the warp threads 6 , 8 increase their mutual distances. The sack thus increases in volume and is therefore inflated. As a result, gussets open in the area of crosshairs, which are referred to as pores 13 .
Referring to FIGS. 2, 3, the panel 1 due to the open pores 13 is processing in the arrow Rich 18 gas-permeable and rise on the outer surface 14 is not drawn gas bubbles, because the pressure difference is greater than the critical value accordingly the formula Ap <pk. If objects from a great depth of water are therefore bent using inflatable sacks, the sack is prevented from bursting by the self-regulation of the inner pressure of the sack, depending on the external water pressure. On the other hand, the buoyancy required to salvage an object is present in all water depths.
The pressure equalization takes place over a large area over the entire surface of the sack. As a result, the cross-sectional load on wall 1 is very small. Because of the large number of pores 13 , it is sufficient if they open only slightly; thus the wall properties do not change - e.g. B. no overextension. The pressure equalization can also be partially restricted to preferred surface sections of the sack.
