Claims (12)
daß der Mobil-Notruf aus einem informationsverarbeitenden Gerät, kurz Rechner genannt, besteht,
daß der Rechner über mindestens einen Eingang Grenzwerte von Fahrzeugsensoren, zum Beispiel eines Airbag-Sensors, welche lebensbedrohende Situationen registrieren, erfaßt,
daß der Rechner über mindestens einen weiteren Eingang die geografische Lage des Fahrzeugs von einem geografischen Ortsbestimmungssystem erhält,
daß der Rechner über mindestens einen Ausgang mit mindestens einem Telekommunikationsgerät verbunden ist,
daß sich im Speicher des Rechners oder im Speicher des Telekommunikationsgerätes die Notruf-Frequenz oder die Notruf-Telefonnummer und ein Notruftext befinden, wobei der Rechner bei der Erkennung einer lebensbedrohenden Situation mindestens ein Telekommunikationsgerät aktiviert und den Notruftext sowie die geografische Lagebeschreibung sendet.1.
