Description
Claims (31)
- (a) einen integrierten Schaltkreischip (12) mit einem ebenen Hall- Element (14), welches parallel angeordnet ist und eine Sensorebene definiert mit einer Vorder- und einer Rückseite und welches Element senkrecht und zentral zu einer Sensorachse angeordnet ist, und
- (b) eine Magnetstruktur (15; 16, 17, 18) mit einem Nordpol und einem Südpol, wobei die Magnetstruktur hinter der Sensorebene angeordnet und so positioniert ist, daß ein Süd- und ein Nordpol nebeneinander liegen und beide zu dem Element (14) benachbart sind.
- (a) einen integrierten Schaltkreischip mit einem ebenen Hall- Element, welches parallel angeordnet ist und eine Sensorebene definiert mit einer Vorder- und einer Rückseite und welches Element senkrecht und zentral zu einer Sensorachse angeordnet ist, und
- (b) eine Magnetstruktur mit drei magnetisierten Elementen, wobei die Magnetstruktur hinter der Sensorebene positioniert ist und so positioniert ist, daß die ersten und zweiten magnetisierten Elemente jeweils einen ersten magnetischen Pol in Nachbarschaft zu dem Hall-Element anordnen und das dritte magnetisierte Element den zweiten magnetischen Pol, welcher dem ersten magnetischen Pol entgegengesetzt ist, in Nachbarschaft zu dem Hall-Element anordnet.
- (a) einen integrierten Schaltkreischip mit einem Sensorelement, welches darin parallel angeordnet ist und eine Sensorebene mit einer Vorder- und einer Rückseite definiert und welches Element senkrecht und zentral zu einer Sensorachse ist, und
- (b) eine Magnetstruktur mit einem Nordpol und einem Südpol, wobei die Magnetstruktur hinter der Sensorebene angeordnet ist und so positioniert ist, daß ein Südpol und ein Nordpol einander benachbart und beide dem Sensorelement benachbart sind.
- (a) einen integrierten Schaltkreischip mit einem magnetoresistiven Element, welches darin parallel angeordnet ist und eine Sensorebene definiert, die eine Vorder- und eine Rückseite aufweist und welches Element senkrecht und zentral zu einer Sensorachse angeordnet ist, und
- (b) eine Magnetstruktur mit einem Nordpol und einem Südpol, wobei die Magnetstruktur hinter der Sensorebene angeordnet ist und so positioniert ist, daß ein Südpol und ein Nordpol einander benachbart und beide dem magnetoresistiven Element benachbart sind.
- (a) einen integrierten Schaltkreischip mit einem magnetoresistiven Element, welches darin parallel angeordnet ist und eine Sensorebene, definiert mit einer Vorder- und einer Rückseite und welches Element senkrecht und zentral zu einer Sensorachse angeordnet ist, und
- (b) eine Magnetstruktur mit drei magnetisierten Elementen, wobei die Magnetstruktur hinter der Sensorebene angeordnet ist und so angeordnet ist, daß das erste und zweite magnetisierte Element jeweils einen ersten magnetischen Pol in Nachbarschaft zu dem magnetoresistiven Element präsentiert und das dritte magnetisierte Element den zweiten magnetischen Pol, welcher dem ersten magnetischen Pol entgegengesetzt ist, in Nachbarschaft dem magnetoresistiven Element präsentiert.
